How old are the barinians Plutonian race?
Do all the BariniansPlutonians have the same skin colour, same eye size, same heigh, same hair colour or style?
Do they all have the same size, if not, what's the average?
Do they all have the same weight, if not, what's the average?
Do I need your permission to make a Barin Plutonian sprite or edit one of yours?

How do they breed?
What do they eat?
What kind of religion do they have if any?
What kinds of laws would they have that would be specific to their people?
How might their native language sound, if they have one?
Do they call themselves Plutonians, or do they have a name for their own people? After all, we aren't Earthlings among ourselves.

1) Typical bow chicka wow wow
2) The native Polaroo is their main source of food, as well as fur and leather for clothing and such. They also may use polaroos as mounts.
There are also an array of edible animals living underneath the ice.
3) They believe in personified versions of "Light" and "Dark" as their deities. Haven't thought up much else on that.
4) Much like with the ancient Greeks, though not a law, Plutonians believe greatly in the idea of hospitality. Both offworld and onworld guests are treated with the utmost kindness. You feed and give them shelter first, ask questions later. Their government is a loose constitutional monarchy. Derpherp derpings derpenheimer der herp.
5) Their native languange involves a barely audible (by humans) humming or buzzing sound created by their reverberating auras/energy. It takes substantial practice to be able to read the sounds/aura for communicating, but one of another race proficient with ki usage can learn to use the language. Physically, they can make several growling or yelping sounds, and can learn human languages (with extreme difficulty.)
6) Their name has no possible written form in our sense. For "writing", they infuse ki/energy into specially fabricated parchment which can be "read."

How big are the Polaroo?
Are Plutonian young born or hatched?
May Plutonians breed with other races? What traits are dominant in half-breeds?
How well do they fare on other planets with drastically different climates? How long may they survive out of water?
Lungs, gills, or both?
If they communicate through ki vibrations, could they speak telepathically via ki? If so, is there a distance limitation to this?
Have the Plutonians ever encountered personifications of "Light" and "Dark" before?
Do they have any racially-specific moral hangups, such as prohibitions against a practice or substance?

If they happen to be involved in a DBZ-themed universe...
Were they ever involved in Freeza's empire?
Do they have a Kami?
Would the Plutonians mix well with the usual cast of Humans, Saiyans, etc.
If you had to give a power level to a normal Plutonian warrior, given the power levels in DBZ up to the emergence of Son Goku as a Super Saiyan, how strong would he/she be?

Btw, I'm honestly interested. I swear I'm not asking all this just to fuck with you.

Plutoniand are native to Pluto; do they inhabit any other planets? If so do they attempt to blend in with that planet's natives?
How many different types of Plutonians are there exactly? What's different about them?
Are Plutonians considered to be Mammals?
Is inter-breeding with another race possible?
How technologically advanced are they as a whole?

10)If you had to give a power level to a normal Plutonian warrior, given the power levels in DBZ up to the emergence of Son Goku as a Super Saiyan, how strong would he/she be?
1) On all fours, Polaroos are about 3-4 feet from the ground up to the highest point of their back. Length from head to the end of their tails is roughly 8-11 feet. Alpha males are significantly bigger. Their pouches are big enough to hold a human sized being (ask Rav Very Happy)
2)Plutonians are incapable of breeding with other races. However they can perform ancient rituals to make ones of other races a sort of "honorary" Plutonian.
3) They generally do fine in warmer climates, such as on Earth- provided there is a cool source of water for an occasional soak. They would have a very tough time in desert climates where temperatures exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit. They have both gills and lungs. Different subspecies have varying degrees of lung/gill sizes and efficiency.
4) As long as they're in the same room, they can hear their vibrations. In more crowded areas with lots of "chatter," more focus is required but they should be able to pinpoint the ki signature of whoever they're communicated with. If on area where regular sound would echo well, the vibrations can travel wider distances.
5)It is said that the ancient, and very first Great Whites (which were the first of the race) came into direct contact with Light & Dark. One group was bestowed with a blessing from Light, and another from Dark. Each subspecies of Plutonian can trace their ancestry back to either the Great Whites of Light or the Great Whites of Dark (White Tips are directly descended from GW of Light, Black Tips from GW of Dark) More Great Whites may only be born with the mating of a Great White of Light and a Great White of Dark. As Plutonians of the same subspecies mate, they further dilute their Great White genes and become weaker through generations. Thus, interbreeding is advised.
6) Sex with other race is possible, but highly frowned upon. Polaroo blood is like a highly addictive, all-purpose drug. In most cases, its use is prohibited. There are exceptions to the rule.
7) Pluto's moon, Charon, acts as a universal black-market. This is where the scum of the Plutonians resides. Generally the warriors here are the only ones that would ever work for Frieza.
8)Their Kami passed long ago, and they've yet to call forth a replacement.
9)Much like the Namekians, Plutonians generally like to keep to themselves. In rare cases, some travel to Earth and live "normal" lives. They are often mistaken for "beastmen" (think Oolong) on Earth, and thus are accepted without question.
10) The average practioner of Plutonian martial arts would average at a powerlevel of about 5k. Masters of the art, 10k-20k. Most of the soldiers in the Royal Army average 35k. Higher ranking officers are around 50k-80k. Great Whites have varying degrees of power, but all above 150k. The originals would be almost as powerful as a Super Saiyan in their basic state.

1) About as many different types as there are types of sharks, if not more.
2) Going by the definition of mammal.. probably.
3) No.
4) For the most part, they are not very advanced with technology themselves. They have access to various technologies from the black market on Charon.

...Phew.

1) If there was a man and a puppy and we walked up to a Plutonian what would he eat first? or would he eat either?
2) Do Plutoians only were pants? Or do they just were pants on Earth?
3) Would they eat a Earth shark? Would that count as cannibalism?
4) How much do they eat in average?
5) Do they only see Black & White?
6) Are they allergic to any thing? Is there any chemicals that humans can use that they cant?
7) Can they cook on a grill? Or would that effect there skin?
Cool How do they fend of diseases of earth which they probably never encountered? (Kinda like what happen with the Indians with disease)
9) Can they breath in space like Friezas race?
10) Can they go down to the bottom of the ocean?
11) Are there minds effected by any sort of money?
12) Do all of the few Plutoians that remain all know each other?
13) Do Plutoians think that are food is disgusting? (Kinda like how Chinese like octopus yet Americans would not eat it.)
14) Does a plutoian have to be a shark?
15) do Plutoians always have to be blue?
16) What kinds of sharks do Plutoians have to be.

I might ask more questions later but this is good for now.

1) If they were starving, they'd probably eat the puppy. If they were a bit peckish, or full, they would not eat either.
2) They wear clothes (including pants) on their home planet
3) They'd probably eat a shark. It wouldn't be cannibalism, since sharks are fish, and Plutonians are apparently mammals.
4) 5 square meals a day
5) They can see colors just like us
6) Plutonium kills plutonians.
7) You mean like... could you cook a Plutonian on a grill? ...Probably? xD
Cool Plutonians are immune to all earthly diseases. They have some of their own.
9) Due to Pluto only having an atmosphere for part of its year, they have adapted to the vacumn of space quite well.
10) Yup
11) They can be greedy sumbitches. Mostly them Charon scum
12) Some do. After the Saiyan Invasion, they all got separated... or died. All of them are unsure of everyone else's status.
13) I don't know about you, but I eat Octopus xD Plutonians eat all the meats that humans do, as well as all the seafood. They do not like their fruits or vegetables, however.
14) For the most part. Some are less sharklike than others, but shark traits are the most prevalent.
15) Their colors can be anything on the cool side of the color spectrum
16) Any shark you can think of, you can base a Plutonian off of.

You have completely set my creative juices to horny-schoolgirl levels of flow.

How about a snapshot of Plutonian history? Just in brief, where do they fit in on the whole galactic history?
On the reverse of these questions, how well could a human survive on Pluto?
Are they able to allow non-Plutonians some method of breathing under water or surviving the pressure of deep-sea diving?
Are certain aspects of Plutonian culture forbidden to outsiders? Rituals, religions aspects, political ideals, etc.?
Do any other species reside on Pluto? Anything whale, dolphin, penguin, bear, etc.?

That's one of the things I really need to elaborate on atm.
All I have is that there's a bunch of chanting, some ancient blood-ritual type stuff. Then they jam concentrated Plutonian soul into your chest.

Definitely need to work out that whole thing.

I'll get to Zach's in a bit.
This thread is helping me more than you guys xD

Edit:

1)
Spoiler:
2) I'll take care of this separately. Need to do some DBZ timeline study.
3) With the latest in human technology from capsule corp, anything is possible! In space suits, they would be fine. Otherwise, they're slightly very screwed if they Plutonians didn't intervene.
4) This directly connects to the whole "hospitality" thing. They wouldn't be very hospitable to off-worlders if they died when they stopped onto the planet now, would they? Apart from the life-changing Metamorphosis Ritual, the Plutonians periodically perform a series of mystic rituals to guarantee safe passage for offworlders. The end result of these rituals is a thick veil of magically magical energies surrounding the planet, almost like a make-shift atmosphere. As soon as an offworlder enters the veil, the atmosphere adjusts around them so that they feel conditions more like their home planet.
5) Offworlders are completely prohibited from entering the Royal Library. The Palace is open for all, and the king is more than happy to greet them. However if they step foot in the library, they will be forcibly removed. If they read any ancient texts, their minds will be purged. This purging can cause serious long term damage. Apart from the Metamorphosis Ritual, offworlders cannot attend any other Ritual to spectate.
6) Derr be da Polaroos. Under the ice and in the water ways, there's an incredibly diverse assortment of aquatic life. Over the ice and mountains, there are other landlubbers. To name a few (prepare for bullshit and shenanigans, with a hint of tomfoolery): Penguigators and Crocoguins (there is a difference), Arctic Slothbears, Llammoths (Llamma + Mammoth)

For the soul-rituals, can a plutonian give his/her soul more than once to more than just one person, or are they forever bound to that first soul-receiver?

What is their grand city like? Do they have more than the one central city underwater?

What was the transport system again, like some magic hole in the sea?

The Plutonians shall strive! Fuck yeah

1) They can do it multiple times. But the more they do it, the shorter their lifespans are and the weaker they get . The more of the soul is given away, the worse the physical, mental, and spiritual damages. After too much, they can become bedridden, emotionless, and purposeless.

2) They have the Royal Capital inside a massive cavern under the ice, a large outpost for the Black Market on Charon for the scum of Pluto and the universe, and one other major city on the surface of the (dwarf) planet. Apart from that, there are various smaller villages and outposts both under and above the ice.

3) There are several natural and Plutonian-made tunnels connecting the waterways, the surface, and towns. Some are hidden or only accessible by natives, and others for both Plutonians and offworlders.

Also for the more than one ritual. How many rituals does it take to when they start get noticably weak. And how well would one be off with just two rituals done to themselves?

1) They tend to travel in small groups of 2-3, but it's not uncommon for a lone shark to roam the ice.
2) Pretty low tech. They have access to high tech, but prefer not to use it.
3) Yerp

With one, they're pretty much unfazed. With two, they should be find, but they would definitely feel it. With the third it starts to have some worse effects. The time between each soul extraction also makes a difference. If they do all 3 for 3 successive Rituals, there's a chance they'll end up comatose.

Are there any other kind of Plutonians? like deep sea thingies or abyssal thingies?
Who is the strongest Plutonian that ever existed?
Who is Stronger, a Plutonian or a Namek? (random question is random..)
How long can a plutonian live?
Does Plutonian transform? and if they do, how does the transformation look like?

1) Oh silly you. You know the answer Cool
2) Gelidus, which was the first mixed Great White after a Great White of Light and Dark bred. He was also the first King.
3) Plutonian, bitch Crosseyehappy
4) 150-200 on average. Great Whites live to be almost 1000.
5) Some have learned to do it. It's sort of like a Zarbon thing, or like a pufferfish blowing itself up. They get bigger and more monstrous.

Their aging to adulthood is pretty much the same as humans.
When they reach their 20s, they're considered (young) adults. Their "adult" phase lasts the longest. They're elders for the last 50-75 years of their lives.

Do Plutonians have surnames?

Quote :
2) They have the Royal Capital inside a massive cavern under the ice, a large outpost for the Black Market on Charon for the scum of Pluto and the universe, and one other major city on the surface of the (dwarf) planet. Apart from that, there are various smaller villages and outposts both under and above the ice.
What is that "dwarf planet" referring to?

What are their city and town structures like?
Do they have markets? What do they look like?
What do their homes look like?
How many Plutonians usually fit to one "home"?
What other type of buildings are in towns?
What other type of buildings are in cities?
What does the Palace look like?
How big is the Palace?

Some on Earth. They blend in fine since they look like beastmen. A few work/worked for Frieza in the World Trade Org. Though they fit in fine since diversity.
