just got news from my mother. My grandfather was taken into surgery again, but they found another tumor inside his belly, which probably caused a clogging in his intestines. Seeing my grandfather's condition, the doctors told my mother, who then told me that there was nothing they could do for him. It isn't exactly a surprise since he was already too sick, not just because of his age (he is 76), but that doesn't make it easier for me. So, my grandfather is sure to die one of these days. I don't know when, but it's for sure that he can't recover anymore.

One thing I do know is that, seeing it from my grandfather's point of view, his death will be a release from all the pain he had to suffer from. Intestine cancer, inflammations in the gall bladder, bladder and lungs, vomiting and diarrhea because his intestines were clogged...

That being said, I hope you understand that the activity will be lessened or that I am not active at all. All projects and other sprites I am working on and need to be finished are postponed until further notice. I really thank you for the support you have given me through the ordeal, be assured that I will be there for you in case you need it.

I understand why you are going to take a bit time off. Seeing a loved one in an uneasy state is not something that the average human can take lightly. So take your time, as much time as you want.

Sorry to hear it, pal. When my mother died i thought about it this way ''Even if i am sad that i lost my mother, I still know she's gone to a better place now. And even if am sad, it won't bring her back to life.''

Hope you won't be too sad for his death. But seeing your first post you stated that you see it as a release of his pain. You should be allright.

I know I will, but it still remains hard. And he's supposed to be 77 on April the 25th, but I'm not sure if he will actually make it...

I hoep he makes it to 75 Z; myself, I think it would be awful cool to die on my birthday. I hope you spend the last days with him, and that they are meaningful to you and him as well.

I understand fully Z, I hope you manage to have the most fun whilst you are gone.
