Qualification Classes for Custom Avatar: - The Now-Non-Existing Editors - Contest Winners - Moderators - Administrators
If you aren't one of the following, you won't have one. However you could always make one and put it in the Project Section of your Scouter, most people do that, I did before I became a Moderator.
