Did Chibi create the idea of layouts? Dialogue that is similar to the actual show? He copied SSJ! He also copied the idea of putting effects in his comic!

All I'm trying to say this isn't report worthy at ALL. All I see from this, the member is trying to start a comic in a way his favorite comic maker did, he's flat on ideas in the beginning, but give him time like he said to. You don't know what's after issue 3. He could make it so everyone was actually Namekians.

Or everyone was whales.

(And no, I'm not saying Chibi is a bad comic maker, but he made a comic based on DBZ, and this member made a comic similar to RPL. You should try reporting Chibi while you're at it.
