Anyway, as long as he gives credit in his threads, he hasn't broken the rules. He's not really spamming threads as he's actually spriting content and posting it for review. Nothing makes you read or post in those threads.

Vortex isn't exactly a government, must we really judge everything by-the-book? I think I speak for many others when I say that while AF_Elijah hasn't technically broken the rules, he's becoming a bit of a pest.
