Like I said in that little chatbox discussion, and like i've been saying for the past year. The site will be re-energized on it's own, with or without the aid of a booster. The revival of the VRP into the name of VSI was something I didn't see as reviving the site, but something more as a community project, for the time that it lasts until it dies. You can't expect people to read one topic, and suddenly change their entire style of current living, to associate with and aid the feeling of loneliness that some members feel on the site, while those who are gone got bigger shit on their plates.

As long as this site still is up, and has the option to post, it will run, and it will live. It has for the past 5 years, and it will continue to as long as people are willing to show up to the party. If AB, Jay, Stevce & Blues decide to give up their titles because they can no longer fit this small percentile of their lives into their schedule, then the only thing to do would to have it be passed down into the hands of someone who can handle it until he/she has the same future created where they can no longer act as an administrator.

So stop the worrying, stop expecting sudden bursts of change within a short period of time, when most of the past members are creating their futures. Stop with the crying over what has been applied to try and create activity within Vortex. In the simplest of terms, shut the fuck up.

- I see no spam, I see a message with a picture, something most of us do within topics to try and invoke comedy. The post was not off tangent, it applied to a person within the 5th page, and was not short one word post. Nobody cares or desires for a increased post count, that's a rule carried over from Aceboard when people thought it mattered, is irrelevant to the overall rule.

- The view of a troll differs between the person, the matter of which Shin was trolling you is something I didn't see, I saw 'em saying what he saw in your post, not trolling, just a matter of thought. This topic hasn't been trolled, nor do I think it will.

- The topics devoted to promoting sites are allowed, at least they seem to be after they've been posted. Another rule that needs to be applied, revamped or removed. Simple as that.

The simplest thing to do would be to:
A. Tell you both to knock it the fuck off and move on.
B. Give you both a 'scary' Warning Level 1
C. Ban both he and you for breaking the rule you just moments ago posted about spamming, considering you see this as spamming, and you in the end returned the favor.
or
D. I could lock this, and it'd be the end. No rebuttal, no slick remarks, no trump card.

But then again, we'd need a proper staff to agree upon which decision is fair. Too bad i'm me.
