| South Park is probably my all-time favorite show of all time. I've memorized every line and joke in the whole series, I've seen every episode multiple times. I grew up with these characters, they are the foundation of everything that my sense of humor stands for. If it wasn't for South Park, I would be a different person, and I very well might not be talking to you today.
Did anybody watch this shit? The episode ended with Randy and Sharon getting a divorce, and Stan being left ostracised from both his family and his friends. My research tells me that this is the final season, for Trey Parker and Matt Stone simply can't do it anymore. They've lost their will to offend, they don't know what's funny anymore, and this shines through in Stan's behavior in tonight's episode.
Shit made me sad. Hopefully there are people out there that feel me on this one. |

| South Park's my favourite show too and I watch it online. I haven't watched the new ep yet, but I will as soon as it's hosted. And, I know what you mean about Matt and Trey losing their will to offend. The show's still funny, but openly offending people was what made it the best. |

The show has matured with them, in every aspect. Oh and you can watch it on southparkstudios.com :3 |

| I saw this episode...and it made me really sad. "This is not South Park... I actually feel bad. I don't want to feel bad." I miss the hyperbolic cultural satire and the Cthulu and Satan Parodies! This was... really sad. This is Fry's Dog Sad. Jurassic Bark sad. |

| That's just how you classify the good animated comedies from the bad ones.
i.e. Futurama/South Park > Family Guy
McFarlane tried with that one episode where Brian and Stewie get stuck in the vault and Brian tells him that he's thought of killing himself before. But that was just stupid, I couldn't give less of a fuck if Brian killed himself. Family Guy is a little joke whore and that's why Matt Groening and TreyParker/MattStone are the true animation dominators. Not Seth McFarlane and his little army of crappy tv shows. |

| I'm inclined to agree, hijo. I cannot stand McFarlane. The Simpsons and Futurama are goofy and laid-back, but still able to promote pathos. I have trouble keeping my eyes dry in Lisa/Homer episodes. South Park does the same, but it's more social commentary. It's satire. It's there to show us what's wrong with the world and how ridiculous things have gotten. Family Guy, American Dad, I've seen them, they're not doing anything but pandering to the lowest common denominator. |

| Futurama & Simpsons are classics as well South Park. The last episode brought tears to my eyes. The show wasn't exaggerated it showed us how the world has changed and how much crap was in it.
Futurama, makes me want to lay back, because it is such a classic as the same I do for the Simpsons. |

| Tunechi, I think you completely missed the point. The Point was that Stan was allowing himself to become too Cynical and Ungrateful. Where-as Kyle, Kenny, and even fucking Cartman, were just enjoying life and being happy. The world isn't a giant crap-fest - not unless you make it one. |

| Proper communication is the key to success, hijo. Yes, you may call me Johnny, fucking everyone does. I will also accept the following: Lord Fluffycuddles the Master of Darkness, Doombringer the Adorable, and Emperor Waffles the Tyrannical.
More or less, your assessment is correct. |

| I used to like seth mcfarlands stuff, at frist but the episodes were only funny once and yet it seems like almost every network that runs his stuff is trying to sove it down my throat, were shows south park have well thought out plots and characters with depth that make episodes enjoyable to watch again and again. as for the latest episode, i'll hold my tears until I see what happens next. |

| Just watched it. That whole thing with Randy and Sharon definitely means this is the last series. We had a good run. |

| I really doubt they're going to end it, there's just so much demand for it and I'm sure that the creators have a billion more ideas in the works for future episodes.

That's the problem, Trey and Matt dreaded having to come up with new ideas this season. That's what the whole episode was about, the reason everything turned to shit for Stan because they were commenting on how THEY have turned to shit. That, and Trey Parker and Matt Stone are the last people to worry about what people demand. |

Demand never ensures a show will remain on air... which is a shame really cause good shows can get cancelled and not come back (e.g. Stargate Universe, fucking MGM). |
