I was watching tree of might earlier and before Turles ate his fruit there wee hundred more hanging down. So if Goku also ate one of the fruits do you think he could have more easily beaten Turles?

Maybe, but I highly doubt Turles would've let him get close enough (if he did during the movie, I apologise, I haven't seen that one in SOO long). If he did manage though, i'd asume that he could enable some power along the lines of the Psuedo-Super Saiyan form he used against Lord Slug, or something similar.
