Personality: Blizzard is the worst of the trio, he rules over Vegeta. He is a Rampant Killer, he kills for the fun of it. His underlings hate him, he does nothing nice for them. But they are not game enough to attack his army. He has a natural rivalry between Avalanche and Glacier.

Weaknesses:
-Fire.
-His chest ruby is sensitive, a strong blow to it will injure him greatly.
-He doesn't fight well on unstable Terain.

Physical Appearance: His pale white body stands at 5"3. Starting with his head, Blizzard has two spikes jetting from his head, two on each side of his head, with Ruby tips on the top. He has a ruby crystal orb revealing on the top of his head. He has an angry face with dark red eyes. Blizzard has a toned red body with blackish natural armor plates covering his chest, upper back, and abdomen. He has another orb sticking out from his chest’s center, under his armour. His legs are darker than the rest of his body. Blizzard's hands and feet are armored over with black as well.

Attire: Blizzard wears a black suit of amour on his torso with gold lining around most of it. He also wears finger less wrist guards, with one shoulder guard one his right shoulder. He also wears no shoes, on his tails he wears a black and gold braclet, to symbolize that he is the emporer.

There was a long bloody war with casualties on both sides. In the end of the war, Blizzard was the victor. He cut off Glaciers tail to show a type of battle scar, Glacier then fled the battle scene and Blizzard took over the throne; Reining over Planet Vegeta.
