Wellllll, see that's the thing too. Since its his ??? offense in stealing sprites, it doesn't seem its gonna stop. Unless some members come read this topic, they'll think he created the sprite still. Just removing the sprite after being fully aware that it is someone else's and you are stealing it deserves some kind of punishment imo. Yeah, he's done this several time already, so he knows not to do it.

Well, Phanny, to my knowledge Leo hasn't had a prior offense of this magnitude. So, since it was his first, he got a warning level. Unless he does it again, which I doubt will happen, he will be banned. I even re-read his first post and he stated that it was indeed your hair. Nothing else needs to be done in my eyes.

Well, actually I posted his first offense in my first post ^^. The second link showed the first time he stole the hair, which also leads me to believe he has it stashed in his sprite collection or w/e.
