According to the percentage tutorial, it is: (Subjects) Divided threw (Amount of Done Sprites ) = Percentage.

It is supposed to be: (Amount of Done Sprites) Divided threw (Subjects) = a decimal. Then you carry the decimal over two places.

Example:

I am making a King Vegeta Guard Shaded. I have 3 done out of 33.
3/33=.09 repeating
Carry the decimal over two places and you have 9%

Please fix this so it does not cause confusion and if I am wrong, please point it out T.T

If you think you are correct then PM the maker of that tutorial.
