1. Is it possible to put on a register lock? Or a type of application form along with the registration? Not only to keep out the stealers, but the stupids aswell?

Well, an admin can ban IP addresses, so that stops multi-accounts. Maybe they should ban people who steal and ban the IP address aswell so they dont return. But I dont know how we can keep them out in the first place unless we get their IP address before hand.

So pretty much like an online form which they fill out shit and if they're good enough we accept them.
