He isn't a topclass warrior, he is a bounty hunter, i understand it's hard to put a bounty hunter suddently in your comic so make him something that looks like it. But not under frost's demand please.

When Planet Vegeta was destroyed, a pod holding one sayajin baby was
shot out. this pod eventually landed on a far-off planet, where
Changelings live. These Changlings were very nice to the baby within
the pod. They raised him as thier own. Then, 15 years later, their
lord, Freiza, came back. He saw the young sayajin, and instantly wanted
to destroy him. This is when his super sayajin powers emerged. He blew
away Frieza with his power, unfortunatly not killing him, but creating
a distraction to get to a pod. He quickly got in a pod and blasted
himself away. Little did he know of the rest of the universe. Then, a
few months later, he landed on Earth.
