But it is a minor rule He could Have just warned him First but I forgot that I warned him once yesterday and he never read the post i replied so I guess he was right but he could've been nice and warned him You don't see me Reporting all the off-topics everyone does on my topics do you?I warn them.

Rule 14 - No mini-modding - Do not take the Staff's job into your own hands.
If someone breaks an obvious rule, just report them. There is no need to scold the member. He/she'll get a Private Message with a warning from a Moderator. It's what they're here for.
