Apparently, Sparky can receive my PMs, but he can't PM me? And he's not on my foes list or anything. So, what?

Well for one its because your PM button has been removed for some reason.
I suggest finding alternate ways of talking with each other until this has been fixed.

Profile > Prefrences

The 6th option down should solve your dilema.

I doubt having it set for an email to be sent to him or not would affect being able to get a PM at all.

There are 3 options given. They are: "Yes" meaning you get an e-mail to inform you of a PM, "No", meaning that you still get PMs but not an e-mail, & "No PM Mailing at all", which means that you recieve no PM or e-mail.

Simple my good man.

But its on "no" so I don't think thats it. :/

I'm pretty sure it goes like this-
Yes- Receive email for PM from both Admin/Mods & Members
No- Only Admins & Mods
None At All- Exactly what is means.

I honestly have no idea what's causing this problem. There seems to be no reason for it.

Edit: Onis can be PM'd, so it seems the problem is on Yastas' end. I really have no idea why it's being bitchy.

jedrulzu pm has been replaced with no infromation just like yastas

I'm actually having the same problem. I've got nothing in my preferences blocking it, so I don't see why it wouldn't show up.

Ok im a tad bit aggitated now I cant receive pms and neither can Luka and I think I figured it out.

I went to my prefrences and changed a problem and onced I saved my changes.... BAM!!! There goes my Pm please please try to fix this guys.
