How do I save my files so that when I post it on here it doesn't have a white background or any color at all it's just blank like the color of the forum?

If you are using photoshop, mask the white in the background. Then save as a PNG. That should do it.

You want to make your background transparent. The best way to do that is to make the background of your sprite a color that isn't used in your sprite, then use an image editor other than MS Paint, such as Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, GIMP, etc., and delete the background color/change that color to transparent/some similar solution.


There are several really good tutorials that can be found easily with a Google search.

Okay well say I can't use Photoshop or any of those things, is there no way to do it with just MS Paint?

Sadly no, Paint doesn't have this capability.

Click the print screen button on your keyboard when you are at Vortex, get a color, and use it as teh background, it'll make ti look transparent.


That's as close as you can get with ms paint.
