I was wondering....if my friend sly911's brother can create an account?His older bro sly911 doesn't get on anymore and his lil bro was gonna use his but they dont know the info.so can he make an account as long as sly stays inactive? thanks

There would be the issue that this may be a cover up to get "Sly" back onto the boards. It has been done before.
