Often when I post in a topic it automatically makes me watch that topic. "Always notify me of replies : Sends an e-mail when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you post." is NOT selected.

This has been happening for a long time and I just give up.

Select it then un-select it. It takes a few tries I had that problem when I first started.
