Well, he wasn't warned yet, so I think he shouldn't be banned, breaking the rule after being warned should result in ban, that's the best way to go about, otherwise you just lose a member for a probably honest mistake. (;

I'm fairly sure repeat offending means going one level up. He did it, what, 3 times? That should mean he gets banned, right?
Also, I'd only consider it an "honest mistake" if he did it once. Or read the rules.

Well, maybe he didn't understand the rules? - Which would make (no matter how many times he did it) gravedigging an honest mistake. I'm pretty sure he did it not knowing, or at least not understanding this specific rule about gravedigging, because if he really wanted to destroy the forum, he would do something more direct than gravedigging. But I guess everyone have a different amount of tolerance, where I'm maybe too forgiving, you're too cruel. Well, its up to the staff anyway, no point in arguing about it.
