why is everybody bringin up my name as this little code thing?!?!

You obviously didn't read the post made here, or any of the links within that post, so i'll explain it here so you do not have to move a finger to click two separate topics.


The Code is used to fuck with people, plain and simple. That's at least what most if not all are using it for. A cheap parlor trick, nothing more than an illusion that everyone sees, but behind the smoke and mirrors it's just the use of the combination of {, USERNAME and }. Regardless of who you are, what your username is, if you are a normal member, moderator or admin, you will see your name displayed whenever the code appears within a post, every time, forever.

It isn't a sort of hazing from the older members upon the new comers, it isn't a cruel act of punishment because you're different or you just got here and your custom sprite isn't all that original, great, or made your own yet. All it is, is a VERY fucking annoying tool used to confuse the people from time to time. Simple flick of the wrist upon the mouse, and the stage is set for one hell of a show.
