I want a help.. because i want to show a sheet of Goku and Vegeta.. but need be good, what program i need and how i can draw?

All you need is MS paint. It comes on every Microsoft computer. It takes a while to get good. You need practice. Take a look at tutorials and at fellow members sprites for reference. When you finish that, make sure it's saved as a .png and upload it and put it in a topic here under the appropriate section of the site.

If you need any help with uploading and stuff then just say so here.

PAINT. Use it, it'll help all Microsoft PC's have it. Instead of asking why don't you take tutorials, it'll take a while to improve let alone do a sheet.
