yep sleep paralysis when wanna wake up and move your body but it wont move no matter how hard u try...happens to me mostly after a nightmare..once it happened to me as a kid...i though i was beast boy and i was on the moon..then it dropped and i fell into the ocean...and seeing as i cant swim i was drowning...den i woke up and couldnt move for like 5 mins...lucky my bro called my name. then i regained control. It was kinda weird because my breathing was getting short....then there was one where a 3 titted demon bites my man hood off...when i was able to move i checked to see if it was still their then said 'bitches'

Same here kinda... I was me... but it was weird. Care Bears were everywhere and they threw me in a big bowl of yogurt and ate me. Weird right? Then I couldn't move until my alarm beeped like hell >_>

I swear I think I had a dream where I was in a Mountain Dew commercial >.>
I jumped off a snowy mountain/cliff thing, and landed (safely) into a cabin through the roof (mountain dew in hand). Then I was chased by a bear out the cabin and through the forest, and off a waterfall. I woke up with Sleep Paralysis :3

Happened to me too, when a group of white ghosts were chasing me then I woke up with sleep paralysis, then the sun shined at my eyes and regained control.

It's because you don't wake up for real, but you are aware of what's happening outside your head. I don't know if there's a way to control it, but don't be afraid, you won't die. It might be annoying and fearsome, but you won't die.
