PostSubject: A sad rainy day...   A sad rainy day... Clock10Thu Dec 08, 2011 9:00 pm

Ryozo, walked around the streets of West City. The sky was dark, and it sounded like bacon being fried. People around the city were walking in the streets with their protection, maybe an umbrella or a raincoat. The rain was really pouring. But one man caught attention, He had no umbrella and his clothes were soaked. But, despite these said reasons, he kept going, not minding his health. People started looking at the man, his head down, hands tucked into his pockets, like a depressed guy. Then, he saw a bench. He walked towards it, and sat. He looked up at the sky, rain drops hitting his face. "Father, Mother, where are you?" he thought.

Quemon was in a box next to a bench trying to sleep when when a guy came over and sat on the bench next to his box. Quemon tried to sleep but he started to here dripping on his box from the rain and even tried to ignore that, but then the box caved in on him. Quemon started to get angry so with his angry destroys the box with a ki blast.

Quemon then calms down a bit and then sits on the bench next to Ryozo and still swearing a little underneath his breath because of how pissed he was even though he calmed down a bit. After a while of swearing he looked over at the depressed guy and says "The world sucks. I should no" Quemon wasn't in much of a mood to talk but wanted to vent on someone.

Quemon then took a good look at the guy seeing a nice white jacket thinking [maybe this guy has got some money.] Quemon smiles at Ryozo and asks "So are you from around here?" Quemon wanted to see who Ryozo is and to see if Ryozo has any money or any other valuables on him. Quemon was intrigued to see that there was a person other then himself sitting in the cold rain but knew there was a reason why.

OOC: Sorry for the lateeeeeeeeee reply B3. School.

Ryozo was intrigued by the funny scene. A man suddenly came out of a wet box, angry. The box had caved in on him. He started chuckling until he saw this man walk towards him, with a sly smiling look. Then, the guy had stated something. "It doesn't suck. Maybe you have done something wrong to, I'm sorry on saying this but, make your life suck sir." he replied. Ryozo looked at the person who was right next to him. He again asked a question, this time about Ryozo. "Yes, I live at the far side of the city." said Ryozo.

"Or better yet, make it suck less. Law of the Hero 101 - if you're able to do good for the world, the world will in turn do good for you."

If the two were to turn around, they would see a being step forward from the streets wearing pitch black armor that covered his entire body, his helmet encasing his skull like that of a motorcycle helmet. As he walked the air seemed to get just a wee bit cooler. Granted, it wasn't his doing or anyone elses but it was nothing more than a coincidence. After all, a cold front was on the way so winds were natural. The man in the armor was Alex Calibur, the Arctic Gunman

"You know, I've noticed there are a lot of supers around this side of the world, especially here in the city. Man, and the Americas rarely have any supers unless their lab made," sighed Alex, but then he noticed Quemon and facepalmed, or helmetpalmed or whatever, "Oh great. It’s you. Don‘t you have some mentally handicapped orphans to go beat up for money or something?"

OOC: I understand man. I have been busy because of work and school Very Happy.

Quemon hears what Ryozo had to say and says "My life has sucked for the last 18 years of my life. I have been the bottom of everyones jokes and also I have had nobody for family and friends" Quemon wanted Ryozo to feel bad for him because he wanted someone to use Ryozo for his little mind games. Quemon also thought Ryozo would be the perfect choice because he sensed a little more power in him that most humans didn't have.

Quemon still on the bench looks who is behind him and sees Alex. He hears Alex making rude remarks about him. Quemon in return says to Ryozo "That is what I meant by the butt of everyones jokes" still wondering how Alex knew so much about his evil ways. Quemon did not have a real record anywhere because he was lost for many years. Quemon also wonder this because he only talked to the man for a little bit. He then says to Alex "Did I even do anything to hurt you?" not completely sure if he hurt Alex in anyway but really didn't care.

Quemon turns back around and acts very sad about what Alex said and cries one fake tier. He though was not sad on the inside. On the inside He was thinking [I got him as my new pon in my plan and he will fallow what I say]

"Hey, you guys know where the nearest sword shop is? I'm itching for a new one.", Emerging from the shadows was a boy of fair height, his golden eyes glowed ominously in the shadows. As the figure walked out of the shadows, he was revealed to be nothing but a teenage boy. It was none other than the Wielder of Lightning: Michael.

As the boy neared closer to the group, he caught glimpse of Quemon, who made him throw up a little in his mouth. The horrible odor emitting from his body, his appearance and the large tongue laying on the ground made him shudder in disgust. In front of him were two more people; presentable ones at that. One seemed to be talking into the sky, and the other standing around like a bad-ass. Michael slowly crept past Quemon and found his way next to Ryozo and Alex.

"What's up?" he said childishly while pointing at Quemon, "What is that thing?"

“You’re better off buying one off of the Cold Steel website, since they make the best swords and melee weaponry. Plus, with some TCL they can last forever,” Alex answered to Michael.

After seeing Quemon’s reaction, beyond his armored helmet Alex’s eyes widened appalled. This man had the gall to try and play the crowd to his liking. To get people to be sorry for him. Alex knew that it isn’t the life of a man that should be judged, but his actions and what he says. It was time that the Arctic Gunman called him out.

"Oh please, you of all people have no more of a right to play the victim than I do," scoffed Alex as he shook his helmeted head, and then patted Michael‘s arm for a second, "Hey kid, you might wanna listen to this cause this answers your question," he turned to Quemon, "After my little run-in with you on the street, an old woman came up to me not a minute later claiming that you violently assaulted her and stole her umbrella. Seeing me sub-zero shatter all those gangsters, she wanted me to do something about you. And then more people came up, telling me about all the crap you did. At first, I didn't really want to believe it...but then they pleaded with me to do something, anything.”

The Arctic Gunman crossed his arms, the tension rapidly rising in the air, intensely.

"And so after that, I decided to stake you out, watch what you've been doing from afar. I mean, if you were so bad then I would have to see it for myself to judge the right way," Alex then pointed at Quemon, "Robbing stores, mugging and beating up children and people on the streets for their money. You even killed a homeless man this morning for the change in his cup. Hell, his blood is still on your hands - a blind man could see it! I don't care if you're Hobo Joe trying to stay alive or Barrack Obama trying to make a point, it still doesn't give you the right to do such heinous acts."

Michael's face began to twist during Alex's description, this man was a horrible person. A feint silver glow began to outline Michael, and his golden eyes quickly lost their glow, and slowly began turning into a silver color. He clenched his fists, and the slight silver glow turned into a radiant glow. Michael slowly crept towards Quemon, a look of disgust on his face. The atmosphere quickly shifted into a light drizzle, to a menacing storm. Lightning began to crack, and in Michael's hands a silver aura began to cover two of his fingers, the middle and the pointer. As he neared closer to Quemon he stopped in his tracks, and he looked back at Alex for a moment before turning to Quemon.

His voice had gone deeper, "You foul monster! What do you think gives you the right to torture innocent people?! Do you get some type of sick joy, sense of power?" Michael paused, allowing his self to calm down mentally, but physically he was pumped and ready for battle, "Tell me, beast, what gives you the right do whatever you please?"

"ANSWER!"

Quemon was still on the bench acting all sad still. Quemon yells at Alex saying "You violently slaughtered people!!! and you call me the bad guy? And I know that couldn't be the first time you killed people because nobody would have the kind of gun that you have without killing a few people first." Quemon then says "as you basically said nobody has no right to slaughter any person no matter what the reason!!!" and thinks on the inside how creepy Alex was and why he was his new motive.

Quemon then hears Michaels words and replies to Michael saying "You are a quick one to judge. I mean really? You don't even know who I am and you already are calling me a monster. All you know, this man right here (and points at Alex) could be full of bullshit. Don't judge before both sides say something" Quemon still looking very sad with a little angry.

"Are you referring to this gun?" Alex pointed to his TCJ Modified that was in his holster, "This firearm with no bullets in it that can be bought from any gun store on the face of the earth? Let me show you something..."

Alex pulled out his gun, twirled it in his hand and pointed it right at Quemon's head. A few seconds later, he flipped the cylinder of the gun, revealing there to be not a single bullet inside of it. And considering how the insides were in such good condition it never had a real bullet inside of it since the day it was made. Chances are it never will either.

"I know I don't have the right to kill anyone just as much as the next guy. But at least I of all people have the fortitude to own up to it. Yes, I have taken life to protect the lives of others. Do I feel guilt having to pull the trigger during those times? Of course I do, I still do, any human worth being human would. But I don't regret it when I do and I sure as hell don’t deny it and try to cover it up by accusing others out of a clearly evident...inferiority complex.”

Alex flipped the cylinder back into its place in his gun and holstered it, looking at Ryozo and Michael, "I have stated my truth and my guilt. You can make the decision you want to - you can believe either me or him. I won't judge you for it afterwards and I hope you don't judge yourselves either."

With all the commotion, Shin's eyes shifted to the people across the way from him, dropping his newspaper down from his face to his body. He closed it slowly, folded it, and put it under his right arm. His eyes shifted from Alex, to Quemon, to Ryozo, then to Michael, closely observing the scene.

"Quite the characters you all are." he said, smirking like an asshole. He took off his reading glasses and put them away into his pocket.

"Now, what's going on here?" he asked, with a puzzled look on his face.

Michael looked to the side, he wasn't phased by any of the words spoken. He quickly returned his gaze back to Quemon, maybe he wasn't the one fit to judge. He pointed his two fingers into the sky and shot the concentrated lightning, creating a fierce rumbling sound. His eyes still remained it's silver color, and his body still had the silver outline.

"I don't mean to break this to you, and I'm referring to you Quemon, you can tell by the very way you act, hell, I mean look at you, there's still wet blood on your hands" Michael paused before returning to Alex, reaching his hand out, "I believe you sir, by the way, the name's Michael."

Shin's attention went from the people to the lighting bolt. His eyes widened at the fact that the world still had some pretty amazing people, and that no one was lame, bland, or boring. He quickly put together a basic idea that, Quemon was some evil fuck, Michael and Alex know it, and Quemon is accusing others. Shin backed away a tad bit, wanting to observe more.

Quemon saw the gun aimed at him and was very scared for a little while but didn't move because he was to scared to think. Once Alex places the gun back Quemon says "What, is that what you do a friendly conversation? That is the way you show you are the leader? I at least show common courtesy and don't aim guns at people while in the middle of a friendly conversation." Quemon then goes back into what he was saying trying to cool down and says "I do admit I have killed a few people in my life. Though I have to say you don't know my life. I have had to survive on the streets to get by for 13 years. I have seen the most cruel things that nobody should ever see. I have eating things that was indescribable and just disgusting, but I did it to survive." and then looks back to Micheal and says "Still you should never judge before that person has spoken. Then you may judge that person for who they are." Quemon still acting sad. Though Quemon knew most of the information he had said was mostly true. He knew he would never change and never planned to either but knew at one time he could have been good.

Quemon then noticed that a new guy named Shin just walked in hearing what he had to say and says with a depressed sounding voice "Hey there, I am Quemon." and just waits for a reply

Alex decided to completely blow off Quemon, and looked over for a moment at Shin, who was watching from afar. He could've sworn he had seen him before - a hero from long ago that he used to watch on the television kick ass on the robots that invaded earth many years ago. He even remembered the news report how Shin kicks a hero turned rogue by the name of Joshua Ryu in the balls. Alex watched some good shit growing up but to see one of his idols, though retired, in the flesh and bone? This was some kind of epic shit.

Alex approached Shin, and took off his helmet, revealing his face. He had caramel brown skin, with amber irises. His hair is also a golden blonde, the front being windswept upwards, while his back looked combed and fluffed.

"Wait...I know you! Shin Xioa! You're one of the supers from way back that used to save the world so many times," Alex held out his hand to Shin for him to shake, "Alex Calibur, I used to watch you guys on the TV when I was a kid growing up. I'm a big fan."

Alex's words sparked shock into Shin, making him forget about Quemon. His mind raced back, years ago when Unagi and the others were still around. The machines attacking, Joshua and his Alter Ego problems, everything. Without thinking, the Saiyan grabbed Alex's hand and shook it. "Nice to meet you man, great to hear someone remembers all of that from long ago!" he exclaimed, letting go of the man's hand. His face had a huge grin now.

"So, um, what's exactly going on here? I wasn't paying too much attention. All I can gather is the fact that this guy is bad and shit, and you all are confronting his ass about it... er... I hope that made sense." he explained, scratching the back of his head.

"Yeah, you got it just right," Alex nodded at Shin's question about Quemon before saying with excitement, "God DAMN! I never thought I'd run into even ONE you guys in person - you guys are like my damn hereos. Hold on, I got this..."

Alex looked over from his helmet and then to Shin. Normally he would never let his helmet get ruined...but this was a helluva good day now so he can sacrifice a helmet in order to do what needs to be done with it. And besides, he could just get a new one for free. Nodding, he pulled out a gold sharpie from his pocket and held both out in front of Shin.

"I think I'll never get an opprotunity like this, but Shin...can I get your autograph?" Alex asked with a wide grin on his face.

The helmet read, "To Alex, a cool dude. Keep the Earth safe! - Shin Xioa"

Alex took the sharpie and the autographed helmet and felt himself welling up with pride after reading what it said. This was probably one of the best days of his life - hanging out, meeting one of his childhood heroes, getting his autograph. Alex took in a deep breath, and blew at the autograph and signature. What was interesting that instead of the helmet fogging over it instead iced over, permafrost glittering on the reflection and on the sharpie signature. After a few seconds the permafrost subsided but where Shin wrote on the helmet was permanently sealed on the helmet.

"Thanks, Shin, you're the best," Alex looked at his autographed helmet, which was clenched in his arms like it was a dragonball, "This is definately going on the mantle."

Quemon had noticed the rain had stopped and because of which he started smoking a cigarette seeing he was not the person of importance anymore. So he just placed back his head on the bench and started to relax. Quemon thought he was off the hook and knew people started to focus more on Shin. Quemon never really had watched TV so he had no idea who Shin was or what he was doing around these parts of town.

"So... are we really getting worried about this weakling? He doesn't seem like he can put up a good fight with us, let alone protect himself from a Saibaman," Shin looked back at Alex.

"What did he do?" he asked.

"No problem, Shin," Alex nodded before turning to Quemon, "I've staked him out for the last couple of weeks to see how bad he is - he's been going around robbing banks, assaulting and mugging children on the streets, killing innocent people from behind. Hell, this morning he killed some hobo and stole his change cup."

"I've killed a bad fellow or two in my time, but it gets my goat when someone sinks so low as to beat and kill children for something as paltry as money," As he said it, one could see Alex's brow tightening up with anger.

Quemon says not liking the comment Shin made says "I might not be the most powerful but I am not the weakest either. And what is a Saibaman?" not really understanding what Shin said but really didn't care.

Quemon then heres his second comment and says "What I did to him (pointing at Alex)? Then absolutely nothing. As he said he has been stalking me for days following me where ever I go/do/etc. It is very creepy but again when your like me you get use to it. I don't even give a fuck if I killed those people or not," Quemon says with a disgusted look but still just relaxing without a care of the world.

He closed his eyes and let out a deep sigh. He opened them, looking at Quemon, saying, "I don't know what your problem is," he stopped, leaning in closer to the murderer, "but if you continue to do this bullshit, your ass is going to have to answer to me, you got that?" he finished, pointing at himself.

Alex was about to go ballistic on Quemon when Shin stepped in. Since Shin had what new heroes like Alex called "Veteran Hero Authority", then that means that their authority was much higher than that of the United Nations. The Arctic Gunman knew that Shin had this, but in case things got out of hand he will do well to provide instantaneous cavalry.

His hand moved to his holstered gun, just a feather's width from the handle. If Quemon were to so much as make a blink that Alex didn't like then he was going to quickdraw Quemon's dick off so fast that he wouldn't know what the fuck happened. But as for now he let Shin do what he wants for now.

Quemon stops and thinks for a second when he comes up with a great idea. He says "As I have said already, I have had to survive on the streets to get by for 13 years. I have seen the most cruel things that nobody should ever see. I have eating things that was indescribable and just disgusting. Plus I have no money. I will probably would stop if I could get some money to feed myself something good. I have had nothing to eat this weak but trash and 1 loaf of bread. So please can you give me some money?" Quemon wanted more money to spend on his secret items and to just keep for himself in general. He had an evil idea.

Quemon then says "If you are a real hero you would give me some money to feed myself and to help me with my everyday problems. There are many problems I have in this town and if a hero like you would help then we all would be happy" Quemon smiles a innocent smile as he knew he was not innocent and just wanted help for his plans and knew it took more then one person to do some real damage.

Shin blinked a couple of times, then looked back at Alex.

"Well shit, he's got me there. I don't wanna seem like a easy dick, but I also don't wanna look bad..." he said.

He reached into his pocket and took out 100 zenni. He handed it to the homeless weakling. "There." he said, then quickly reaching back. "Wait..." he stopped.

"Is that human blood on your hands, dude?" he asked, putting the money back into his pocket.

Alex gave a shrug to Shin, seeing as he's got a point. It would be a dick move to be a dick to some poor bastard. Last he checked they weren't with Wall Street - they had more dignity than that. So I guess it wouldn't hurt to throw a bone. When Shin noticed the human blood on Quemon's hands, Alex hand twitched over his gun - he was ready to roll. Lets see Quemon weasel his way out of this one.

"That would be the dead homeless man's blood from this morning, Shin," Alex nodded, "Remember what I said just a minute ago?"

I have said this many times now and so has the black night," and points at Alex. and continues "that I have killed people. We have also talked about your friend there has killed many people to. Did you miss that?" Quemon was quite shocked that Shin did not know that because it was mentioned many times before in the conversation.

"I'm pretty sure Alex killed for justice, not lust and greed like yourself, asshole. Don't try and bring him to your level." he firmly stated.

Shin took a couple steps back. "I don't think you deserve to even walk around this city freely anymore!" he shouted, putting himself into a ready position to fight.

Alex took a step back along with Shin, put on his autographed helmet and got into a combative stance. To be honest, it was high time things got rolling with this Quemon bastard. But Alex wouldn't have guessed that he would be fighting alongside Shin Xioa himself. This day was going to get better. If the man offered to buy him dinner then who would know what would happen next.

"Baby, its gonna get cold outside," Alex said with a frown on his face.

At that moment, the park they were in cleared out of all civilians. No one knew if it was out of instinct or by some act of God, but it seemed that no civilian casualties would be occuring in this fight. That was always very good, less paperwork that Alex would have to deal with.

Quemon seemed disgusted by what he heard and yells at Shin saying "If you are going to judge me at least get it correct!!! I have never and I mean never have done my crimes for Lust!!! Do not ever accuse me of a crime I have never done!!!" Quemon was pissed but not ready to fight because it would be 4 vs 1 which is really bad with the odds.

Quemon then cools down a bit and says "I have already told you I had to make money for food no matter what the cost would be. I have lost many that were close to me and have killed many others. Is it wrong to kill? Yes. Is it wrong to eat? No. I had to choose to fight and eat or to be peaceful and die. You know which I chose" Quemon knew he was now losing the word battle but knew that real heroes didn't want to fight a unwilling opponent.

"Don't accuse you of a crime you haven't done...?" he asked, his body twitching.

"YOU'VE KILLED INNOCENT PEOPLE FOR YOUR OWN SELFISH NEEDS!!" A bright blue aura shined around the enraged Saiyan. Dust surrounded him and the ground slightly cracked. "You idiot! You just don't get it, do you!?" Shin proclaimed.

He ran at Quemon, and swung his arm at the man. It wasn't intended to hit, so it hit the empty seat next to him, cutting the bench in half.

Alex saw as Shin's aura flared - that was the signal he was looking for. It was time for shit to rumble, and he knew what to do. Loading an flare into the cylinder chamber of his gun, he pointed it towards the air. Things were probably gonna get chilly very quickly.

“You chose the Ice - 1!” Alex shouted as he pulled the trigger on his sawed-off TCJ modified.

A large bolt of ice energy fired off into the sky, soaring into the darkness and out of sight. All Alex could do is pray that the flare goes off or things will end up being all the more difficult. If it works, then not only will he and everyone else be doused in a blizzard but any ice or wind moves they have will get a whopping 50% boost.

Quemon looks at the bench part than Shin broke and says in return like a smart ass "Wow, nobody here knows how to have a general conversation do they?" with a normal look on his face.

Quemon then throws away his cigarette and says "I understand... You think I am evil because I don't match your good guy ways. Just because I have killed a bunch of men, women and children does not make me a bad guy. Just because I survived doesn't make me evil, but if you cant except that then leave. I don't care for his stalking (and points at Alex) and I don't care for your lectures (and points back at Shin) but I don't tell you other wise because I am that kind of guy." and smiles polity.

Quemon looks at the Alex as he shots the ice thing in the air and says "And what the Hell are you doing?" as he starts to fell very cold and says "And why did it become so cold? Is this really even the time to think about fighting? I mean it is starting to snow out and I don't even have a nice cold alleyway to sleep in and my box is ruined." and points a the soaked box on the ground.

Quemon also noticed how powerful Shin was by his attack on the bench that he just wanted to leave. Quemon says "It has been fun talking to you guys but I got to go find a home for winter. So see ya" as he gets off the broken bench and starts to walk away.

"Sorry, but I'm afraid you won't be leaving here in one piece. Law of the Storm says so."

If Quemon were to blink, he would see Alex's gun pointed point-blank at his head, as if Alex teleported right there. How the fuck did he get there all of the sudden? Alex's gun was glowing a dim light, and if Quemon wanted to see inside the barrel, he would see a blue glow from inside - an ice bullet of powerful proportions. With Alex clicking the hammer, he spoke in a clear tone.

"My power is ice, and with it the power of Ice - 1, the ability to create a snowstorm. This storm specifically will only stop when the fight has ended when me or you are either knocked out or killed. But honestly, do you really think that after what you done that I'm just gonna let you run like a coward? You will not be leaving because I cannot let you leave, not without taking retribution for all those you have killed."

Quemon saw Alex as he reported right in front of him with a gun pointing at his head and says "Hey we all are friends here... I just don't want any trouble. I am a good person on the inside just my actions have been a little morphed by the words The Strongest Will Survive. I meant have gone a little bit over the limit but still that is not a reason to be..." as he counts how many are there "4 people VS. me because that is just not fair. defiantly when one is a hero, two are very silent kids and 1 is the dark knight. Now can you please move the gun? It make me unconvertible."

"How about no. You've killed women and children and have caused all sorts of trouble - and now the trouble has the pleasure of finding you. And the way I see it it's a one on one; not like it matters since you don't deserve a fair fight," Alex took a step back and let out a growl as the gun began to glow brighter, "Now, three things are gonna happen: I fire the gun, the bullet blows your head off, and what's left of you hits the ground - very very simple. Our business here is done. Dasvidaniya."

A loud, crisp shattering sound roared from the gun as a massive slew of scattershot ice rounds fired from Alex's gun simultaneously - an Ice-8. Thanks to Alex's Plutonian powers and the effects of the previously fired Ice - 1, the ultimate was three times as strong - a triple ultimate. And since it was a scattershot round at close range...well, I'll let you guys do the math yourselves.

Shin eased up from the tension he felt, feeling no need to fight. His eyes quickly traced to Alex, watching him. "I think it's time to stop. He's right." he said, walking over to Alex.

"His words are correct. The numbers against him isn't all that fair, comparing to the power he holds. He wouldn't last one second." he stopped, looking at Quemon.
"How about you just arrest him? Put him in the good ol' slammer. Keep his ass on check, making sure he isn't murdering anyone for money anymore."

Shin dug deep inside his jean back pocket, grabbing his reading glasses, finally putting them on. He picked up the newspaper that dropped on the ground from all the commotion and tucked it underneath his right arm.

"Do what you think is right though..." he pondered. "If you think fighting is the answer, go on. I won't stop ya' kid."

Quemon being like the frog he is jumped instead of ducked, which got him get shot in the stomach and chest making him get launched back on to the ground with frozen blood all over him. Quemon could not stand but he was still alive and yells to Shin "Ah... Shit! Is this what you call a hero!!! He shoots an unarmed man!!! Think if he did this to me... Think how many other unarmed men he did this to!!! With heroes like that who needs villains!!!" as he coughs up some bloody ice shards.

Quemon tries to get up again but was way to weak and says "And let me guess your just gonna let me sit here as I bleed to death... Right?" he was feeling the effects from the ice blood and blood loss as he started to shake and shiver and started to become more pail then he usually was.

"That is exactly what I'm going to do," Alex nodded as he holstered his gun, "When it comes to us supers, there's no such thing as an unarmed man - first thing I have learned when I fired my first ki blast. I have taken retribution for all those you killed and I hope from this experience you will learn from your sins just as I have learned from mine. If you were to ever take another life, I will kill you, kill myself, personally send myself to hell and then kill you there. I feel that I won't need to ask if I'm making myself clear."

Alex turned to Shin, and patted his shoulder, "I shall let you in on a secret - times have changed since you last knew them. A super could escape custody so arresting him would be useless. That's why I developed ice powers as an adult instead of as a young child, to combat evil people with powers. The most I could do is kill him and he would escape back to the mortal realm after a week. The agency I work for, the Central Intelligence Agency, has tested it out themselves and confirmed this. The bullet I fired at Quemon was an ultimate whose power is multiplied threefold. He will surely die soon enough whether from intense frostbite or from blood loss, so there's no need for me to load another round in his face. There would be no point of me continuing further without there being unnecessary overkill."

Having seen the collection of supers while patrolling the skies, Ryan has been listening onto the conversation from a tree top almost since it began. After hearing the others insinuate Quemon's crimes, and Quemon's own admission of his crimes, Ryan decides its time to take action.

Ryan descends from the sky onto the scene. "That's enough", he says to Alex, flashing his detective badge, "I'll take it from here." Ryan walks over to Quemon with his handcuffs out. "Quemon, by order of the Otherworld police, you are under arrest for multiple homicides by way of superhuman abilities. If you resist I will be forced to do everything within my power to detain you." Ryan Looks over to shin and Alex. "You two are strong." He says. "I'm willing to overlook excessive use of force since this guys criminal record is so extensive, but you two should really consider doing police work, you could do a lot of good."

Ryan looks back to Quemon, "I suggest you surrender without any resistance, if I'm forced to kill you you'll be condemned to hell for eternity."

Alex watched as the West City detective ran to the scene and arrested the dying Quemon right there on the spot. Now where the fuck was this guy before Alex delivered the fatal wound to Quemon. But nevertheless Alex decided now was the time to pull rank with his government position as a Freelance Agent of the Central Intelligence Agency. Alex pulled out his badge and flashed it to Ryan, signaling that he was already had his own assigned field position in the American government.

"That won't be necessary, my good detective, I'm good with what I got here," Alex chuckled as he pockeeted his badge, "You're better off leaving him as he is. You won't be able to do anything for him without him dying off before you even so much as enter a building. The shots I inflicted on Quemon were lethal - he won't live for much longer and whatever he lives with will not be a pleasant experience," Alex patted Ryan's shoulder and nodded, "It's nice though that you came by to arrest him, but to be honest it would have been nice if you showed up two minutes ago when I hadn't shot him."

"Damn it all!" says Ryan. "I'm gonna get fired!" Ryan throws his handcuffs on the ground. "Man I just can not be at the right place in the right time it seems like. My name is Ryan, I'm an Angel working as a detective for King Yenma on Earth, it's a new division since there's so many supers causing mass death so often that it's taking it's toll on the Otherworld staff." Ryan spreads his wings "If you ever need any back up give me a call, I need all the work I can get if I want to keep this job."

Ryan walks over to Quemon, "It's hard to see someone suffer like this, but there's just too much evil in his heart for my healing powers to work on him."

Quemon grabs Ryan leg and says "Save me..." with a sad looking face. Quemon then says "Please, I have worked so hard to get were I am at. Please help me." and then lets go of Ryan. He then says to Alex "Why?.. Why?.. Why would you shoot a man that is unarmed?" then looks at Shin and says "And why would you let him?" with a depressed look.

Quemon looks up and ask "Isn't there any rights for a man anymore? What happened to booking? What happened to bail hearing? What happened to trial?" as he laughs a little and more blood comes out his mouth.

Quemon then looks at Shin and says "I never saw the so called show you were on but I can basically guess what it was about... It was probably about heroes fighting villains as the heroes always killed the villains. Did it ever say what happened to a villain that did his work just to eat every morning? Did it ever say what happened to a villain that did what he needed to not to hurt people but rather to survive?" as he pulls out his last cigarette and starts smoking.

Quemon started to become complete white and reached over to grab the wet ruined box but it was to far to reach so he just laid there bleeding.

"I'm done here. Having him whine and act emo about his life when he never shown an ounce of true regret or remorse for killing innocents just puts me out of place," Alex looked over to Ryan, "If you would mind escorting him to the Otherworld, that would be dandy. It would be better for him not to linger here any longer than he has to. I'm going back home - I had enough for today."

Alex then turned to Shin, paused for a moment to try to find the words to day, and then spoke, "I did what I had to be done with no regrets. He could've lived a better life by getting a job, trying to get himself off the streets and he would have survived much better. But he chose to do the actions he did and he chose to be as he was. But then again, I guess that's life. Dasvidaniya, Shin Xioa."

Alex walked away from the scene, the blizzard continuing to pick up pace as he walked. The storm became thick to where no one would've been able to see Alex leave. But then the storm stopped, as if a trace of the storm never existed and with it Alex disappeared from sight. As he left, the storm had left with him: The Arctic Gunman.

Ryan looks to Quemon with pity.

"I can't do anything now except take you to Otherworld... If you want to work under me, I could try to put in a good word for you with King Yenma, since my department lacks manpower, but even if you revoke your evil ways King Yemma is less kind as I." Ryan reaches a hand down to Quemon. "This is what evil brings, a cold and un-fulfilling death. I too once walked this path before finding resolution in my later years. I will take you to the Otherworld now."

Quemon says "As long as I stay out of hell. I would do anything that would not effect my personality." and tries to stand but cant because he is to weak and says "I cant stand my body in partially frozen while the other part is just cold." as the storm starts to go away.

Quemon says "I would not call myself evil but rather... Good challenged." as he laughs a little couching out even more blood. Quemon then says " So will I ever see this place again? What is death like? If you can tell I never died before." while still trying to get up but was way to weak to get completely up. Quemon felt the ice in him melting because Alex left and more blood started to cover his stomach as he was moving. Quemon says "I cant stand and my blood is coming out quicker. Cam you drag me to the Otherworld?" with a white face, looking like he just died.

"Death..." says Ryan, "Isn't that bad. I mean honestly it's pretty much the same except you never get sick or hungry, it's actually great! Even hell is not that bad, it's pretty social. As for the permanence, well, look at me, I just died and I'm already back. It's all about taking advantage of opportunities I suppose, there's multiple reasons that you could return to earth. So, do you forfeit yourself then?"

Ryan reaches out his right arm
