Reiji treaded through a somewhat familiar forest of his past. It was thick and people have been known to get lost in here. As the chosen of darkness traversed the forest, he was unaware that he was being watched. Suddenly, a green harpy jumped out of the bushes and took flight. She grabbed Reiji by the shoulders with he talons and brought him off the ground.

This came as no surprise to the chosen of darkness. He calmly looked up and spoke to the harpy, “It’s been awhile, huh?” He asked. She didn’t respond with a facial expression, but instead dropped him from above. Reiji landed in front of the castle entrance and waved bye to the harpy as she left. It was the same one he met here all those years ago.

He walked up to the giant gate and took hold of its ‘doorbell’, aka a giant piece of metal attached to the door to make loud noise. They opened and Reiji walked inside the dark hallway.

Traversing through the same forest, with the same destination in mind, Blizzard made his way toward the familiar castle. It was a strange occurrence. They say history repeats itself. Well, this was one of those cases. Almost 2 years prior, Reiji and Blizzard had this exact same journey. Of course, back then, they had no idea where they were going and why. It was mere curiosity on Reiji's part. He had discovered the castle, and its strange inhabitants.

The Chosen of Ice pushed back branches as he pushed forward through a densely wooded section of the forest. His mind wandered into hypothetical situations everytime he heard a rustling of leaves nearby. This time was different than the last, however. He knew now what it could be. For the forest, they were not alone. You could say that "wild animals" lived around this castle. It's not too far from the truth.

Blizzard neared the castle more and more, still hoping he wouldn't have to meet anyone, or anything on the way. Though generally the entities recognized Blizzard, most are still not fond of outsiders. The only reason they refrained from attacking either he or Reiji in the forest is because of orders from their master.

Finally, Blizzard reached the end of the dense woods and into a large clearing. Well, not large. More like enormous. A several story, immensely sized castle stood in this clearing. It was ancient, having stood here for maybe thousands of years, ruled by its master and his descendants. The castle was only visible when inside the clearing, so very few know of its existence out in the middle of nowhere. Blizzard looked up, and saw a harpy flying off into the distance.

Blizzard walked to the large, intricate gates and knocked. The guards opened them promptly and he proceeded inside.

Reiji proceeded through the vast hallway before coming to a stop by a man in white and green. “It’s been awhile, Reiji. What brings you to my domain?” He asked the chosen of Darkness. “I presume its about…” He paused. “…Phantom.” His face showed an expression of a mixture of curiosity and confusion. “I sense his presence. It’s as thick as it was in the cave.” He said, referring back to the cave in which it allows the powers of the chosen to create an image for itself. ‘Tell me… Are you the actual Reiji?”

Reiji smirked. “Phantom and I are one, however, I won the battle, so it seems I have control over my mind and body. I absorbed phantom’s power, all of it. It was incredible.” He paused for a moment. “That is why I’ve come here. Shortly after absorbing Phantom, my powers . . . disappeared. I have no idea why it has done this. I thought perhaps you might know.”

Whirlwind pondered. “That is ... strange. Perhaps the fusion of a demon into a human body set of some… supernatural boundaries, thus causing your powers to be taken away.” Suddenly, the doors were heard opening. “We will have to have this conversation later, it seems we have another guest.” Whirlwind said, heading to the main gate to see his new guest.

Blizzard stood in the middle of the hall, waiting for Whirlwind. As Whirlwind opened the gates of his throne room, he instantly recognized his blue-haired comrade.

"Ah, so I see the young prince returns! You missing the royal life and hoped to live it up here? Or is this business as usual?" Whirlwind spoke jokingly at first, but slowly shifted to a more serious tone as he approached Blizzard.

Whirlwind stopped a few paces away from Blizzard, and scanned him, "Are you still...?"

Blizzard shook his head, "No, no. it is gone now. But I came to talk to you about the side-effects of ridding myself of it..."
Then a figure clad in black behind Whirlwind caught his sight.

"Hey... Is that who I think it is?"

Reiji followed behind whirlwind, thinking over what he just said. ‘Could it be a supernatural cause? Perhaps phantom locked away his powers somehow.’ He thought. He didn’t even notice the man in blue that whirlwind was speaking too until he was mentioned. He looked up and saw Blizzard. “heh, its been awhile hasn’t it?” He said with a smile on his face. “How’s Tsu?” he asked.

Hell the last time Reiji remembered seeing Blizzard is when they fought against wildfire, the crazy hot pyro bitch. That was long ago, nearly 2 years to this day. The chosen of ice seemed bigger than he did before. He as taller and more toned, as was Reiji. The two warriors had been through a lot together and this was a meeting fated by the Gods.

"She's doing good. Can still kick my ass... and yours," Blizzard remarked.

Blizzard glanced at Whirlwind, then looked back at Reiji, "So, what are you doing here, Reiji? Last time you were here was because of Phantom. Is he acting up again or what?"

He thought back to the various battle he had with Reiji. Both as a comrade and as an opponnent. The Chosen of Darkness was not one to be taken lightly. It wasn't simply Reiji's own training and battle savvy that made him a formidable foe. Reiji had a darknesss in him. They say everybody has their ghosts. Well his... his was very real. Phantom, an ancient spirit of pure Darkness. It's evil and parasitic, needing a human host to survive. Very few hosts have fought him and won over control.

Blizzard continued, "I hope for your sake, and Fyuria's, that Phantom isn't a problem right now. That is, if you two are still together. Fyuria, that is... Or Phantom. Either could apply."

“Err, well no he’s not acting up at the moment.” Reiji said. He didn’t want to tell Blizzad about how he lost his powers; he was a bit embarrassed by the ordeal. “And, yes, Fyuria and I are together still. we even have an apartment over in West City.” Said Reiji, a bit surprised that Blizzard had even remembered Fyuria. He wasn’t even one hundred percent sure when he had introduced the two, but it didn’t matter.

He returned to the topic at hand. “I’m here for… well no particular reason.” He said, a bit nervous. The excuse didn’t sound believable… at all. Reiji hadn’t been great at lying or social activity at all.

Blizzard smirked, "Alright, I get it. If it's something you'd rather keep to yourself, that's fine by me. We all have our secrets," he had lost his smirk and looked at Whirlwind when he said that last part.

Whirlwind clasped his hands together, "Well alright! Enough of this. There's no reason for us to be standing in the middle of this cramped hall here. We are in a castle, afterall."
Whirlwind walked back passed Reiji toward his throne room, stopping at the gates.
"Are either of you hungry? I can get you anything you'd like. Either way, I'll meet you at the dining hall. It's down the first door to the right in the throne room."

Whirlwind brought his palm forward calmly, and a strong wind rushed down the hall and into the gates, opening them. He walked through the doors, disappearing into the vastness of his castle.

Reiji sighed. He really wished he had a bit more social expertise. Reiji really didn’t want anyone to know about his problem. The only reason he told Whirlwind is that he knew of phantom as much as Reiji did himself. Whirlwing also seemed to have a few resources here and there pertaining to information gathering. He probably could have handled the situation better. Regardless, he tried to keep the conversation going. “Can I ask what you’re here for?” He asked blizzard. He didn’t know how well he knew whirlwind or how much he’s visited him in the past two years.

"I actually haven't been here since the first time I came with you a few years back. Most of the times I see Whirlwind, he just appears out of thin air. He does it a lot, actually. It's pretty creepy," Blizzard explained.

"I just came to check up on him," he concluded. Although he too was hiding something, Blizzard had more practice when it came to conversing. He was a prince, afterall. That meant lots of meet 'n greets with important people. Even if those people were walking sharks- literally. But still, people nonetheless. Blizzard was never fond of performing his princely duties, it always seemed like a bother to him. He had to hide his disdain for it whenever it came up. His brother, Azure, was always the better people-person. Which is why he's currently next in line for the Plutonian Throne. All in all, it was safe to say Blizzard was a good liar.

Blizzard walked up to Reiji, putting his hand on his shoulder. He motioned to the throne room's gates, "Come on. Whirlwind's waiting, we'll talk while we eat."

“Yeah, let’s go.” Reiji said. He was a bit hungry anyway. The two walked into the dining room. There was the stereotypical long table in the middle of the decorated room, full of different kinds of food. Reiji instantly spotted a spicy chicken ramen, which he knew whirlwind had his chefs prepare for the chosen of darkness. He quickly sat down.

He looked over at whirlwind and tests his powers. He sent him a message via apparition. The message was white with a black background.

Don’t be alarmed, it;s reiji. This is a power I gained from Phantom.
Please don’t mention anything to Blizzard; It’s a bit embarrassing.

Whirlwind looked across his seat at the end of the table toward Reiji and nodded, reassuring him that he wouldn't mention anything to Blizzard.

The Chosen of Ice scanned the table for anything and all that would be of interest to him. Most of it was. Blizzard had a simple palate, for everyone on Pluto ate the same thing, even the royal family. Pluto had a plethora of available sea critters to eat, which all tasted pretty much the same.

Blizzard sat down across from Reiji, and grabbed a filet of salmon and some fried calamari.

He looked at Whirlwind and Reiji, "So, what have you been up to these past 2 years?" Blizzard directed the question to both of them.

Reiji stopped feasting on the noodles in front of him to answer Blizzard. “Well, Fyuria and I are trying to settle down in West City. I’m currently looking for a job and she has picked up a job as a nurse at the local hospital.” Reiji started. “Money has been tight, jobs are hard to come buy in West City because of its insane prices and what-not.” West City was known as the most technologically advanced city on earth and thus is dubbed the most expensive one. Even the worst apartments there are nicer than most around the world.

“How about yourself?” He asked before going back to the noodles.

Blizzard nodded, "Cool. My story's not much different than yours. Tsu and I moved out of Neo-Tokyo about a year ago. The damn sphere that negated our powers was too much to bear. They increased its size to cover the entire city, instead of just the Nexus District," Blizzard sighed, "I don't think it's healthy for those with power to have it restrained, you know? I don't think your body realizes you're just a normal person in the sphere. I felt weak. I hate being weak," Blizzard muttered, poking at his food.

"Never mind that, though," he said, changing the subject off him, "What about you, Whirl? Business as usual?"

Whirlwind sat back, "For the most part, yes. But I'm having a little issue, you see. I don't know how or why, but my army's been mysteriously dwindling in numbers. I know for a fact that they're not simply up and leaving. They are physically incapable of doing so. The harpy's have seen seen some strange activity from overhead. Smoke in the area. However when I go to check it out, the fire's already been put out."

Whirlwind paused for a moment, pondering.
"I would like to assume it's Wildfire... but something rubs me the wrong way. Wildfire's reckless, angry, and frankly, crazy. This seems far too controlled for it to be her. If it were her, I'd think half my forest would be ash by now."

Whirlwind twitched a little bit at the “Being weak” part of Blizzard’s speech, as did Reiji. Whirlwind finished explaining the topic of which he believed to be wildfire. Reiji didn’t remember too much of the fight, he had blacked out. She was a crazy fighter and very powerful.

“Hm, I remember wildfire.” Reiji said, finishing the ramen. “Perhaps she has grown in the past two years or may even be working with someone else?” reiji said, throwing out suggestions.

“Possibly.” Whirlwind said. “Though I doubt she’s the type to work with someone else.” He said. Suddenly, a guard rushed into the room and kneeled before whirlwind. “Sir, harpies have spotted smoke in the distance. We believe its from the forest.” Whirlwind sighed and rose from his chair. “Well, it seems we’ll find out sooner than expected.

'Oh no... No, no, no... I hope this really isn't Wildfire. We barely made it out alive last time we fought her. If I fight her in my current state, I'm definitely gonna get burned... and I can't heal myself this time,' Blizzard thoughts were discouraging to himself. He was conflicted in that his body and instincts were telling him he could still fight, but he had the knowledge that he was too weak to do so.

Blizzard stood nonetheless, ready to move.

Whirlwind looked at both Reiji and Blizzard. He knew of Reiji's condition, but was still unaware that Blizzard too, was not at full power.

Whirlwind turned to his guard, "What direction?"
The guard told him the smoke was rising from the northeast end of the forest.

"You heard him," Whirlwind said, "I'll go ahead. I'm quicker on my own," he stated, and burst through the doors. He turned back to add one last thing, "Meet me there as soon as you can. Tell any of my men or harpies you run into to follow," he looked at Reiji, "We might need all the help we can get."

And with that, he disappeared into the air.

‘Damn…damn….damn…’ reiji thought to himself. How was he going to go about fighting wildfire? He was knocked out last time they fought; she was way too damn strong for him in his current state. He looked over to Blizzard. ‘Yes! Blizzard’s affinity is ice and hers is fire. We might have a slight advantage.’ He thought to himself…again.

He put on a confident look on his face and nodded at Blizzard, signaling he was ready to go. Reiji started off toward the main gates. There were a band of harpies there, as well as the same green harpy Reiji had known for quite awhile now. As soon as she saw him, she grabbed Reiji and lifted him off his feet. She immediately left to the battle scene, where whirlwind and the unknown visitor was. Another harpy accompanied them. She was dressed in battle raiment.

There were two harpies left waiting on the ground, one for Blizzard and the other was their bodyguard.

'Well thank Whirlwind for having this Harpies. I can't fly right now... Reiji's already using them for a ride, so I guess he doesn't have to know,' he concluded.

Blizzard motion to one of the harpies that he was ready. Her talons gripped his arms and her powerful dragon wings lifted them both of the ground. She sped up and reached Reiji and the other harpy, flying next to them.

Blizzard turned to Reiji, and shouted over the rushing wind, "Hey! Do you really think we'll run into Wildfire!? I sure hope we don't!"

Raiken had felt a set of strange presences for a while now, yet it was somehow familiar.
Was it something to do with his newfound powers as the Chosen of Chaos? or something else entirely, whatever it was, it piqued his curiosity.
As he pondered, they rapidly began to feel stronger, as if they were moving closer at high speed.

Slowly rising from his resting position in the large tree he had concealed himself in, he tore his trusty blade ShadowRipper from the trunk and proceeded crouch in preparation to jump. He tightly gripped the large branch he was on with his right hand and built up power in his thighs, he waited for a few seconds and then sprang upwards and performed some form of acrobatic leap in the air.

As he descended, he could see a set of blurred silhouettes in the distance, which prompted him to launch his massive blade in that direction, aiming to startle them and not hit them. He could only hope to be that lucky considering how events had turned out for him in the past.

Reiji saw Blizzard coming up in his peripheral vision. “That’s for sure! That pyro chick kicked my ass last time. Don’t want to have to see her again!” He replied. Suddenly, WOOSH!

A large blue blur sped across Reiji’s face, startling the harpy. She wobbled a bit and lost her grip on reiji, who was sent straight downward. The harpy was shocked and quickly started a decline, catching Reiji right before he hit the ground.

“Whew, thanks!” he said to the harpy. They rose to the air again and reiji looked around. Reiji land something in the distance with a “Thud” and quickly pointed it out to the harpy. The two sped in that direction, perhaps Wildfire really was working with somebody.

As the large blade whizzed passed Reiji and toward Blizzard and his harpy, she freaked out. She dropped Blizzard, and unlike Reiji's, she didn't care enough to catch him.

Blizzard began falling through the air, nearing the ground quicker and quicker. From the corner of his eye, he could see the third harpy that was behind him descending to catch him. Blizzard did his best to measure the distance between them as he was falling. He concluded that she was not gonna make it in time to catch him.

This was just frustrating for Blizzard. There was a time where a fall from this height wouldn't even leave a scratch on him. A time where he wouldn't have fallen in the first place. He could fly. Now he couldn't. He continued to accelerate, the ground ever closer. If he hit now, he was sure to break a few bones.

Blizzard's last chance was to cushion the landing. Only a few dozens of feet from the forest floor, he pulled out the corks keeping the gourds of water clasped on his belt closed. Water poured out of them and around him and Blizzard, leaving a trail of it in the air behind him.
He held his palms out in the water, using his Aegis Igloo technique, it began to turn to a wall of snow in front of him.

Blizzard crashed into the ground, the snow cushioning his fall. He still hit hard, but he was ultimately fine. Struggling to his feet, Blizzard looked up to see Reiji speeding off in the distance. He couldn't see the third harpy anywhere. She'd probably lost sight of him.

'Well, damn it... I'm gonna have to cover ground on foot!' Blizzard thought to himself, as he broke into a sprint toward Reiji's direction of travel.

a wave of relief washed over Gale as his blade barely missed both sets of figures. He watched from afar as one of them fell from the air and cushioned himself with snow to prevent serious damage from occurring. He raised an eyebrow in interest.
'fascinating ability this one has, i'll need to keep an eye on him later...' he thought

He had achieved his initial aim of gaining their attention, and considering that they were continuing to head in his direction, they must have been going somewhere further that way. He turned away slightly and held out his arm, hand outstretched in the direction he threw his sword.
If his guess was right, ShadowRipper was just within summoning distance, which saved him having to walk all the way back to retrieve it.

He closed his eyes and concentrated for a few moments, willing his blade to return to him. As he did this, a violent purple aura formed around his hand, and also around ShadowRipper itself. It steadily began to materialise in his hand, disappearing from the spot of earth where it had stuck itself after it's short travel through the air. Once recovered, he swung it once and began to walk in the direction he had turned to before, dragging the massive blade in the dirt behind him, creating a fairly deep trail as he went.

Gale assumed that the strangers he could have potentially crippled would probably come after him, which worked out in his favour as he would be bringing the targets to him, and not the other way around. He wanted to find out the meaning behind the strange aura he had been feeling and was sure that they would know, since it was seemingly eminating from the two of them.

The harpy sped toward the mysterious swordsman figure. Soon, he came into vision with his sword back in his hand. ‘How did he....?” Reiji thought. He was sure that it was that sword that had sped across his face, but now this man had it back in his possession. Perhaps he was carrying two? Or maybe he was able to summon and dismiss it like Reiji had done in the past. That could be found out later, however.

The harpy swooped down and dropped Reiji right in front of the mysterious man by about 4 or 5 meters. Reiji inspected the swordsman. He gave off a… familiar presence, but it was still strange. He couldn’t quite put his finger on it, so he began the generic conflicted greeting with the man. “Who are you?” Reiji asked as Shadow Ki danced along his finger tips, ready to spring into action?

Blizzard continued running through the forest. He was sure he had kept the same direction. Though it was hard to tell in a forest. He could have been going the complete opposite direction and he wouldn't have known. With no time to waste, he didn't bother turning to take any less dense routes, he just cut away at anything between him and his destination with a blade of ice.

Then the Chosen of Ice stopped at once. He stood still, and looked around. Something was following him... watching him. There was a faint rustling in the trees nearby, but the sound soon faded back to silence.

'This is not the best time for this to happen... I swear if it's one of Whirlwind's men, I'm just going to kill them. He's got plenty more,' Blizzard thought, frustrated.

Something suddenly burst out of the trees- a green and black blur rocketing toward Blizzard.
His reaction time was too slow. If this had been a couple of months back, the figure wouldn't ha-

And then Blizzard was unconscious.

One of the two men, Reiji, had appeared before him as intended. So far his plan had worked out correctly, now he had to decide how to respond to the seemingly aggressive position Reiji had put himself in.
Would Gale respond in the same way? or would he proceed to ask his questions.
As a warrior, he felt the first option would end in a more eventful manner, and so he proceeded to cease walking and swing ShadowRipper in his "opponent's" direction. He slightly turned his body away from Reiji and placed his right palm on the flat side of the blade, while releasing a similar type of energy to the one produced when he summoned it.

While doing this, energy surged from Gale's body and into his blade, forcing it's physical form to separate and reform rapidly into a variety of different weapons. He was having difficulty deciding which to use but he finally settled on a pair of swords.
Both blades took various aspects of ShadowRipper's original form, one blade having a skeletal look, almost as if it were made from bone. The other resembled a more traditional sword, having practically none of the original sword's parts except for the twin X's and the blue steel blade.

He swung both blades playfully and then pointed the skeletal blade at Reiji and in response to his question, he replied
"Raiken Katashira, Chosen of Chaos. But you can call me Gale if you'd prefer." He had a slight smirk on his face as he spoke.

Blizzard's eyes opened a few moments later, his vision a bit blurry. Standing over him was one of Whirlwind's more nimble scouts- a Savage.
The Chosen of Ice stared blankly at him, "What... the hell... was that for?"

He had forgotten that Savages did not speak. Ever. They were sworn to silence, never to utter a word. They were sent on the most critical of missions and given the most crucial information. Their oath was there so that they may never give away the secrets of Whirlwind's mysterious ancestry.
But that was the least of Blizzard's worries. Something like that would not be the first thing in his head after being knocked out. Blizzard lifted himself up, immediately aiming a right hook toward the Savage. He merely sidestepped calmly, avoiding the blow. Blizzard was overcome with rage, and he launched a ruthless onslaught upon the foe, who once again readily avoided all of his attacks.

"I don't have time for this!" Blizzard shouted angrily, "Something's going on in the forest right now, and if you interfere, I'm sure Whirlwind will be incredibly displeased."
The Savage cocked his head. The Chosen of Ice sighed.

The Savage pounced toward Blizzard, his armored hands like claws stretched out in front of him. But Blizzard had had enough of this. Blizzard moved to the side, and grabbed the Savage as he came down. He used his own momentum to launch him into the ground and pin him down. The Chosen of Ice used all his strength to keep him pinned down with one arm, as he uncorked one of his gourds of water with the other. He poured water over the scout, and froze him stuck to the ground.

Blizzard got back on his feet and looked around.
'Oh crap... I've no idea what direction Reiji went.'
But then he saw a faint amethyst light in the distance. It was clearly unnatural. He saw it as his best hope, and ran off into that direction.

Reiji was surprised. ‘Chosen of … Chaos?’ He thought to himself. ‘That doesn’t sound very friendly, but then again neither does chosen of darkness.’ He watched as the man created himself a pair of dual swords, crafted from his once large sword. Apparently, the weapon could be crafted into other weapons. The dual swords reminded Reiji of his own pair of the bladed weaponry, though he never uses them anymore.

Reiji reached up into the sky, and shadows immediately danced along his arms and violently and formed itself into a double-sided spear. The spear did not seem to have a completely solidified form, however. It seemed to be created out of the dark aura around Reiji’s arm, and violently shook about, never having the same shape.

“Reiji Nekura, Chosen of Darkness. Now tell me, Gale, do you know what is causing the forest fires?” Reiji asked. He didn’t mention Wildfire’s name, trying to make himself seem oblivious.

"Another chosen.....hmmmm, this could explain that strange presence i've been feeling..." He thought.
Forest fires? he knew something had happened since Reiji and the other man had been heading somewhere in a hurry, but this wasn't what he was expecting. He expected something more.......exciting.
He lowered his sword which he had pointed at Reiji, and shifted the pair back into their original form in his left hand, creating a powerful violet flash in the process. Or rather that's how he wanted it to appear. In reality, he was deciding which weapon to use next inside the duration of the flash, would he mimic his adversary and also use a spear? A few moments of consideration provided no answer, and so he left ShadowRipper as it was. Back in it's original, face destroying form.

"Hmmmmm, nope, I know absolutely nothing about the fires." Gale replied, "I'm curious though, the man who accompanied you, is he a chosen also?"
During the time that he spoke, he kept a careful eye on Reiji's Dark Spear, a rather strange ability and he felt that it warranted further examination.
Without waiting for a response, he took a few steps forwards and then suddenly stopped, something was bothering him. Rather, his feet were, generally it's not a very smart plan to leap from large trees in a forest without some sort of footwear. Without realising it, he had landed on something sharp and pierced the underside of his right foot. It wasn't particularly painful but it was still a nuisance.

This prompted him to tear off the bandage from his left forearm and wrap it around the injury, it's not a wise idea to leave a blood trail. Especially in a forest which may or may not house a wide variety of predators.

Reiji watched as Raiken withdrew his sword and nearly blinded him with a flash of bright violet light. It went back to the form it had had before, a large single sword. He also thought about Raiken’s question. Should I really reveal Blizzard’s true nature? It may have been better to ignore the question. The man took a few steps forward, then came to a dead stop. An irritated look came about his face as he tore some bandages of is left forearm and wrapped them around his foot. This man didn’t seem much of a threat, yet.

“Yes, he is a chosen.” Reiji said, purposely leaving out any details, but instead addressing the exact question and nothing else. “Tell me, do you know the chosen of fire?” He asked, hoping for a slip up of her name. Reiji still didn’t believe the man 100 percent yet, and decided it would be best to play the question game.

Gale had the feeling this man was somewhat suspicious of him.

A perfectly natural reaction all things considered, a blazing fire in the distance, Raiken suddenly appearing out of nowhere and launching his massive polymorphic blade in Reiji's direction.
He had no idea who this 'chosen of fire' was, aside from them being another of the mysterious chosen he had joined the ranks of and knew practically nothing about. More suspicion would be thrust upon him if he ignored the question or tried to avoid it.

"Can't say that I do" He replied. He would have to choose his words carefully in response to any further questioning, despite ShadowRipper's ability to consume darkness and shadow ki, Reiji would still be a threat if things went south. A light spar wasn't out of the question however.
"Launching my blade at you probably wasn't the best way to get your attention, but it seems to have worked regardless, don't you agree?" he added.

It suddenly dawned on him that the other fellow was missing, even after that fall he should have made it back to his partner by now. Something in the air didn't feel right. Similarly to before he initially encountered Reiji, a strange presence was hanging around. Was another chosen nearby?
If so, things were going to become very interesting.

And so, there was a quick, bright flash of amethyst-colored light coming from the direction Blizzard was heading. The sound of trees falling echoed through the forest, getting louder as they fell closer and closer to Gale and Reiji. Blizzard burst through the foliage, skidding across the dirt and stopping in between the other two Chosen. There was a long trail of ruin from where Blizzard had come barreling through.

Blizzard groaned, he was covered head to toe in dirt, leaves, and some blood. He turned himself on his side and faced Reiji.
"Not... Wildfire. Ow... Get ready... Whirl's on his way... to help," Blizzard spoke slowly, in between moans and groans.

Blizzard turned again onto his back, trying to catch his breath.

Reiji pondered the chosen of chaos’ response when suddenly, a bruised blizzard came violently tumbling in. Before he could ask what the hell happened, the chosen of ice confirmed Raiken’s statement of not knowing wildfire.

The chosen of darkness paused for a moment, thinking of possible suspects that would be setting the forest fires. He looked at the panting Blizzard and asked, “What in the hell happened to you? And who in the hell is starting these fires?”
He looked back up to raiken. “Can I ask what you’re doing in this forest?”

The blue haired man looked familiar, was it the same guy he sent crashing to the ground earlier? It must have been, since he was caked in dirt and blood. Although one thing concerned him, WHY was he bloody, the snow he shielded himself with shouldn't have been able to cause that, which meant that something must have happened. He assumed that this would be explained in a few moments, as both of the chosen before him seemed to know eachother.

Onto the main question at hand, why was Raiken in the forest? Clan business last he checked, something which the others had no business knowing, but still, it would be rude to avoid the topic, he would have to avoid giving away details. A simple lie would be effective.
"Hunting I guess" he casually replied, "I heard rumors of there being rare game in this forest, I figured i'd come see for myself when I came across you guys"

He inched closer to Blizzard as he raised his blade slightly, proceeding to gently prod him with the tip of it. If the injured man didn't keel over within a few seconds, he would be fine to continue in his condition.

Blizzard felt a sharp pain in his side. He though it was from him getting sent rocketing through the forest. But then he turned his head, catching sight of a massive blade poking at him. In an instant, he rolled onto his stomach, and pushed himself up into a standing position.

"What the hell is your problem!?" he shouted at the strange man, "It's one thing to poke dead things with sticks... But I'm very much alive, and that's a giant ass sword!"

The Chosen of Ice was breathing heavily, due to both his rage and his aching body. There was a moment of silence in the forest. Well, apart from all the sounds of nature. Leaves rustling in the breeze, and the soft pitter-patter of the scurrying wildlife. Chirps here and there from the birds. Y'know- all that woodsy stuff.

Blizzard regained his composure shortly, drawn by one thought that had just crossed his mind. He was feeling a bit slow today. Both physically and mentally.

"Wait... who are you?" He asked the strange man with the massive blade. His attention was divided between he, Reiji, and something beyond the foliage deep in the woods. Blizzard's gaze kept shifting between the three.

Since Reiji got banned not only from Vortex but the RP as well, just to be a dick, I'm gonna blow up his characters and you two get the PL for it.
