Avalanche can't post because it says he is banned? Yet, he can send PM's. What is the problem here?

Cell Phones can be really dodgy for posting on websites. Certain sites need to be fiddled with before they can work, I know for a fact that with mine I have to contact Orange to have most websites unlocked.
