Will warnings ever cool down or something. I've had this verbal warning for 3 months and I was wondering if there is ever a forgiveness policy or something for little things. Sorry I'm b**chin but thats what I have on my mind.

Warnings, in theory, are removed a month after they are given. However, we are human and forget.
