Whenever I put a gif into my avatar it goes through but it dosn't work, the animation just stays at the first frame, how do i get it to actually move.

I got it off a website, saved it and uploaded it, i tried tinypic and imageshack.

Are you putting it in the 'Link to an off-site Avatar' Box? That's what had me a while ago.
