I haven't had internet for the past couple of weeks, so I came back on and there was a spammer who kept saying that I was Andragon. Why? I realize that he is now banned, but why would he accuse me of being someone else?

Like Frostt said, it was BeyondDBZ trying to accuse Andragon, but thanks to the awesomeness of IP tracing BeyondDBZ was found as culprit & now hes outta here, gone forever, as BL did say;

I assume that this also applies to other behaviour such as this, so I assume hes not coming back in a hurry.

from my perspective of the whole thing, [if he wasn't perma-banned to begin with,] I think if he just waited out his ban like a good boy, then came back and kept his nose clean, then he would still be here.

But he decided to initiate "Operation: Clusterfuck - the BeyondDBZ Edition", and he's gone [forever].
