Rules and guidelines:

1 - Health and Ki cannot exceed 5,000. The only exception is Oozaru & Golden Oozaru states.
2 - Moves shouldn't do more damage then 2000
3 - Moves should only do 2000 or move if its a supermove
4 - Everyone shouldnt have 5000 hp and 5000 ki, come on be fair
5 - If your guy dies just start with a new one
6 - Absorbtions can only happen when a charachter has less then or 500 health.
7 - Charges may be interrupted only by supermoves
8 - Supermoves consumes HP.
9 - You have 1 hour to escape the attack.
10 - You can't avoid an attack while chargin'.
11 - You can't attack a charachter when it's on a duel.
12 - You can't attack another charachter when you're on a duel.
13 - You can't charge in a duel.
14 - You can't block a supermove. You have 5 minutes to avoid.
15 - If you refuse a challenge, you lose 500 HP and 500 KI. If you give up in a duel, you lose HP in 1000 and 1000 KI.
16 - In Oozaru State, you have 7500 HP and KI.
17 - In Golden Oozaru State, you have 9000 HP and KI.
18 - You can't do a supermove when you're on Oozaru State.
19 - Supermoves consume 300 HP for even 500 damage from 2000. Ex: 2000 Damage - 300 HP Consumed. 2500 Damage 600 HP Consumed.
20 - The first person to post on Saturday saying that he got a Dragon Ball, gets that ball. JUST ONE BALL PER WEEK!
21 - And, of course, don't double post.
