I agree with you Mr. Cahos, I also did not know about the stuff you discussed here neither.
You really got in depth.

What improvements would you suggest to make to the sprite on those poses?

On the first sprite the hand looks kind of awkward, not sure how it was meant to show.
On 1.18 your mouth is Incredible high. I know what you did with that, but it just seems awkward in sprite form.
On the last one your mouth is again kind of high making you looked like a person with down-syndrome.
