It looks like he claimed my sprites as his. He actually did the revamp, but it looks like he means the original ones are his too. As he says: Lil Spritah Production, New and ask credit, but give none.

Alright then, i'll take care of 'em. From the looks of it, this one of all could be a revamp. I don't know what country he's from, or how good his typin' is besides the ALL CAPS TITLES.
