Anyhoo, from what I can tell, lilspritah is just revamping crap. He revamped your sprite, his custom, and AB's Broly (I think it's AB's Broly but honestly I can't tell. There are a fuckton of Brolys out there). It looks like he posted AB's new Vegetto as a reference for the SSJ3 hair.
Credit needs to be given for everything, and since you asked him repeatedly to credit you and nothing was done, that's a 3 day ban for sprite theft.
