I obviously know how to get warning levels (seeing as I got one when I joined for my noobishness).

What I want to know is, are they perminent? If not, how do you get redeem yourself of them (I have been on one for a couple of months so yeah).

Just wanna know, in case of future issues in which I may get them.

Pretty much this. They're designed to expire in one month, but they don't expire automatically.
If you have a warning level for a long time, tell a member of the staff if we forget to catch it.
