Personality:
Vortex is a pretty calm man, minding his own business and just wondering what he can do in life, trying to ignore the government and find the Angels whose DNA had been incorporated into him. He loves life, not wanting anyone to miss a chance at it but saying that he won't speak much. Around friends and others he makes jokes, trying to kill the boredom or break the ice. In battle Eligos will fight tactically and to the best of his ability most of the time, wanting to fight everyone with the same respect as others. Not one for arguments, the man keeps quiet but sometimes will stand up for his friend if the situation calls for it.
Weaknesses:
- While a Turbine might be powerful, it surely mimics the actions and reactions Vortex can do - leaving him open for quick attacks from behind and anywhere his Canon can't attack.
- After using a shot of his Turbine, it will often take several seconds to recharge - leaving a moment of vulnerability.
- Due to the nature of his powers, he will often take a bit more damage when hitting the ground or being attacked by Earth because of his Sky element opposed to the ground element.
Strengths:
- Being trained in the CIA, he has exceptional combat skills and movement if he was in danger.
- An expert Engineer, Vortex has various skills with the weapon - able to fix, repair and make almost any weapon.
- From being made into part Angel, Vortex can heal slightly faster than others and utilize the element of Wind - his inner powers as well as repelling.

Physical Appearance: Vortex stands at 6'0 barely, weighing in at 70kg approximately. The man has a lean build, also being slightly muscular due to all his involvement with the military. Eligos has wild brown hair, spiking over towards the front of his head with the back somewhat down. Across his forehead he has several bangs, only a few reaching his blue eyes.
Attire: Vortex always wears a pair of goggles, leaving them across his forehead and only placing them on in certain situations - usually a fight. The man wears a black tight singlet, with an accompanied white and blue sleeveless jacket, across the bottom half he wears checker'ed black shorts along with a white belt.

Weapons:
Nobody really knows where it came from, but Vortex carries around a huge canon-like weapon, his modified Turbine which can shoot quick bursts of wind.
Equipment:
A simple pair of goggles by appearance, however once activated it allows the user to lock onto his target and calculate various necessaries to pin-point accuracy.

Biography:
Ever since a young age Vortex had a thing with weapons, especially the big canons and turbines which thus led to him become a Soldier and Engineer. At 10 years of age, the kid had started to become one of the best engineers, helping the Army with various equipment that others could not. At 15 he was enrolled into the CIA as an engineer and a soldier, they wanted his skills more importantly and to that they needed him to become the best he could be.

Now 17, Vortex Eligos was enrolled into the DNA program, which attempted to make 20 kids more powerful and fuse them with the Angel Gene. However just like the experiment years before most of the participants died and thus they claimed that everyone in the program had died, except Vortex lived. Now the only one able to control the serum, he wanders for no real reason other to find others like him and to further hone his skills that were unlocked as he is now Half-Angel.
