I cannot see the banner, is anyone else having problems not seeing the banner?

I know its not my stupid computer/firewall/internet connection because its the same on my friends computer, which has a perfect signal and no firewall at ALL.

Is this just a coincidence, or what?

Oh and your friend should probably get a firewall
