Snake Way - 300 words - 450 PL Gain [Requires Staff Permission]
Getting the Kaio-Sama to train you isn't the problem, its getting there that's the most important. Traverse your way across Snake Way to your goal!

Moral Character - 200 words - 300 PL Gain.
You are required to write a Three-Paragraph post about your character attempting to win Kaio-Sama’s favor by proving your good nature. Kaio-Sama only accepts pupils of upright moral fiber.

I. Heightened Gravity Training - 300 words = 400 PL
You are required to write a five-paragraph post about your character overcoming the harsh gravity on Kaio-Sama’s planet.

II. The Monkey and the Cricket - 400 words - 600 PL Gain.
You are required to write a seven-paragraph post about your characters attempts, sequentially, to capture Bubbles, the monkey, and physically strike Gregory, the cricket.

III. Saviors of the Past - 500 words - 700 PL Gain.
You are required to write a ten-paragraph post about your character participating in an exhibition match with both of Kaio-Sama’s greatest students: Olibu and Son Goku. Note: You are neither required, nor expected to be victorious in this match; you are only expected to prove your worth to these two fighters.

IV. The Fist of the World King - 700 words - 1000 PL Gain, Learn the Kaio-Ken
If you have reached this far in your training, Kaio-Sama has accepted you as a disciple. You are given your lesson in the art of Kaio-Ken. You are required to write a fifteen paragraph post of your character attempting to learn and in turn, actively use the Kaio-Ken. It is not expected that you succeed, and even if you don’t the rewards of your progress are phenomenal.

V. The Spirit Bomb - 1000 words - 1500 PL Gain, Learn the Spirit Bomb
If you have reached this far in Kaio-Sama’s training, he has given you the title of a fully respected student. You are required to write a twenty paragraph post post detailing your characters attempts to learn, and in turn, actively use the Genki-Dama, the ultimate technique of Kaio-Sama. It is not expected that you succeed, and even if you don’t the rewards of your progress are phenomenal.

VI. Graduation - 1000 words - 1500 PL Gain.
If you have reached this far in training with the Kaio-Sama, you are worthy of his final test. You are required to write a twenty-five paragraph post on battling Kaio-Sama himself, using your newest abilities to their maximum potential.

Ryan lands at the mouth end of snake way, marveling at the set of large yellow eyes glaring at him. "Wow, a statue that serves as a road as well? This thing must have taken decades to build." He steps forward into the mouth and begins walking on the path. After a few hours of walking, and no visible progress, Ryan decides to fly. "If I just fly across I can stay in a straight line," he thinks to himself "Then I can avoid all these zig zags and curves."

Ryan begins to fly across snake way, passing many time consuming curves with ease. "Wow, I can't believe anyone has the patience to walk this thing." he says. From the distance a loud roar is heard. "What was that?" he thinks to himself. "Could that be something on King Kai's planet? Am I close? Ryan speeds forward, thinking that he is close. After another half an hour of flight Ryan stops for a moment in the air. "Weird," he says, "I could have sworn I heard something." Ryan shrugs and prepares to continue forward.

At that moment the roar is heard again, only this time far louder, and beneath Ryan. A gigantic snake begins to fly up towards him with its mouth open. Ryan quickly dashes to the side as the snake clamps its jaws shut where he was standing only seconds before. "What in all hell is this about?!" Ryan shouts. The snake turns its head to Ryan and rushes at him. Ryan charges up a golden energy blast in his right hand. "Angelic Wrath!" he shouts, and launches a wave of energy directly in the snakes face, pushing it backwards, and visibly harming it.

The snake disappears in a puff of smoke, and from the midst of the smoke emerges a damaged man, with green scaled skin. The man is wearing middle eastern clothing, with a hood and a Schimitar attached to his belt. His fangs glisten as he shouts to Ryan, "Now you've really sealed your fate!" and draws his sword. "Just what the hell are you?" Ryan shouts back. "I am Al-Mumin, the most fearsome bandit of snake way! I am among the most wanted men in the snake kingdom!" he replies boastfully. "Well I'm sure that's a great title and all, but what could you possibly steal from dead people? I mean, I don't have any money, and what would human currency be good to you for anyway?" Ryan asks his attacked. "Silence!" says Al-Mumin, "I have made a pact with one of the most powerful wizards in the snake Kingdom giving me the ability to absorb the power of others with my teeth! However I must Relinquish most the power that I absorb to the wizard, so that in return I may keep this ability. Though we have spoken for too long, time to face your death!"

Al-Mumin dashes toward Ryan with his sword drawn, as he brings it down from above his head, Ryan materializes his angelic sword in his right hand, blocking the attack. "Well if you're a criminal, perfect, you can help fill my quota!" he says sarcastically. Al swiftly kicks Ryan across the sky and gives chase after him. Ryan draws his gun and fires three shots, forcing Al to dodge out of the way. Ryan then begins chasing him from behind as he evades fearfully, sword drawn and ready to strike. "You know," says Ryan with his sword drawn, gaining on Al quickly, "I too was once a criminal. A cold blooded killer." Ryan grabs Al around the neck, who begins to quiver. "I can see it in you, you are fearful of death, you see too much consequence in dying, you are not a true killer." Ryan releases Al and begins walking away from him.

The shaken up Al-Mumin begins to collect himself. Dishonored by Ryan, he begins to chase after him. "We'll see just how well that theory holds up!" he shouts as he is about to bring his sword down over Ryan's head from behind. Ryan swiftly sweeps out Al-Mumin's legs and launches a second Angelic Wrath directly into his face, vaporizing him. His sword falls to snake way below, and sticks into the ground blade first. "Hopefully his sword will be enough proof that I have defeated him so that I can put this on my record." Ryan says before putting the sword and sheath on his back.

Ryan continues forward without any more eventful incidents, eventually reaching King Kai's planet. "This must be it..." he says. "I have absolutely no idea what to expect of this man." Ryan lands on King Kai's planet, and knocks on the door of the small house in front of him.

MORAL CHARACTER

After meeting King Kai and telling him his name, Ryan is asked to prove that he is a morally sound being, worthy of admiration. "Well, I guess I could start with the fact that I am an angel." Says Ryan. "I was a human actually until death, but moral character as well as cultivated skills caused King Yemna to make me a Seargent in the Otherworld Police. I actually am the first in my field to have a jurisdiction that covers both Otherworld and the physical realm, mostly Earth." he adds.

"While I would describe myself as consistently moral," he says in a less optimistic tone, "I have preformed actions and committed crimes against others in life. It was never an issue of poor guidance or morality as much as poor decision and survival though. I was a corrupt cop and a gang member who used my inside connections with the police to take care of rival gangs and keep my guys out of jail. It was all due to blackmail and strong arming though, I eventually stood up to that gang because I couldn't take it anymore. That's actually how I died the first time."

"That life is over though." Ryan says in an uplifted tone. "I'm committed to the law now, and the safety of the universe. It was through combat with the forces of evil that I am here right now and not back on earth, and only with your training can I become stronger and make sure that I don't fall in the line of duty again. I have the moral character to be a great hero, and with your training I can develop the skill to match it. I can not see the future, but my current intentions are to remain moral and to use my powers in a positive way. So what do you say?"

Heightened Gravity (no PL reward on this one?)

Ryan is excited to have been accepted by King Kai as a student. Having been instructed to exercise for a while to warm up, he beings to walk towards an open space a few yards away. Ryan trips over a rock, and is thrust downwards towards the ground with an immense force. "What just pushed me?" he thinks, and then begins to stand back up. As he is getting up, he finds himself being held down to the earth by an obscene force of gravity.

Ryan thinks to himself for a moment and then comes up with an idea. "Well as long as I can keep my balance I should be okay, but for now I'll use my wings to stand." Resisting the gravitational pull fiercely, Ryan is able to get his wings going hard enough to lift him back to his feet. "If theyre strong enough to keep a person in the air, they should be strong enough to at least help me stand here."

Ryan begins to try a pull up on a near by tree, but the branch breaks as soon as he lifts off of the ground. "That's really annoying." he says out loud. He draws his bow to shoot at the tree from afar, but the arrow sinks before getting very far. "This is like a bad joke." he says. Finally Ryan begins to try a push up, but can not lift the weight of his body off the earth.

After about 15 minutes of effort, Ryan is able to slightly push off of the ground. "Progress is progress, I'll take it." he remarks hopefully. Ryan does a few very small push ups, and then stands to take a break, but this time he is able to stand with no issue. "Wow," he says, "I've really gotten the hang of this gravity! I can't wait to see how much faster I am when I get back on earth." Feeling motivated, Ryan returns to doing push ups.

After a few hours, Ryan is able to move around the surface of King Kai's planet with relative ease. He is able to stand, jump, and even fly efficiently. After concluding that he is fine with the gravity, he returns to King Kai. "I'm able to start learning now." he says.

The Monkey and the Cricket

King Kai begins Ryan's training with a test that will show just how mobile he is with the intense gravity. Ryan is instructed to catch King Kai's assistant bubbles. "Bring him out!" says Ryan. "I'm ready to go toe to toe with another great warrior, so that I can flourish in my training." A small monkey appears before him. "Or I could just chase a monkey around your yard I guess..."

Ryan reaches out to grab bubbles, who dodges swiftly. Ryan then squares off with bubbles before jumping at him with his arms out, missing again. He then begins dashing after the monkey who continues to easily duck and avoid him. "Well I guess the only thing harder to catch than a monkey is an immortal monkey who's been raised on a planet with extremely high gravity." he says out loud. "I guess now that I've said it out loud it's pretty obvious."

Ryan continues his futile effort to catch the monkey for another hour. Bubbles is beginning to grow bored of the chase, but does not seem to be losing any energy, while Ryan clearly is. "He may be slightly faster," thinks Ryan, "but I'm far smarter than he is." Ryan devises a scheme to catch bubbles and then smiles to himself.

Ryan begins to chase Bubbles as fast as he can possibly exert himself, causing bubbles to run forward at a much quicker pace. Bubbles is too concentrated on moving forward to look back at Ryan, who has stopped and turned around. As Bubbles makes a full circle around the planet, he is unable to slow down fast enough to stop himself from going right into Ryan's open arms. "Got you!" he shouts.

Next Ryan is given a mallet by King Kai, a very large mallet. "I'm going to learn to fight with a cartoon sized hammer?" he asks. "I know you're the expert here, but I don't think this is a very necessary skill." Ryan is hit across the face by King Kai. He is told that for his next test he must hit another one of King Kai's assistants, Gregory, over the head with the mallet. "You want me to knock out one of your buddies with a hammer?" he asks. "Well I guess I have no qualms about that."

Ryan is introduced to Gregory, who is a small cricket looking creature. He is amazed that this strange little creature is capable of speaking English. Ryan raises the mallet above his head, and brings it down directly to the ground, sinking into the dirt beneath it. "Oh my God," says Ryan, "I think I killed him." Ryan feels a tap on his shoulder, and turns around to see Gregory smiling behind him. Ryan is taken aback by Gregory's speed.

After a far longer period than his training with Bubbles, Ryan has not even come close to catching Gregory. Having gotten Gregory into a straight line path, Ryan pushes himself to the limit, and then throws the hammer at full force. Gregory is struck in the back of the head and knocked over. Ryan walks over to him and helps him up. "I can't believe you're okay with letting all these powerful warriors hit you with a hammer." he tells him.

Ryan has completed both of King Kai's requests of him, albeit it unconventionally, and with more emphasis placed on ingenuity and cunning than physical prowess. "That's just me problem solving," he says, "Isn't all well that ends well?" he says with a grin.

Saviors of the Past

Having adjusted to the gravity of the planet, and beating both Gregory and Bubbles at their own game, Ryan is already feeling far more powerful. "Former students huh?" Ryan asks King Kai. "And you say that they've both saved the earth? They must be some pretty powerful supers, although I've never heard of them. Either way, I'm alot stronger than most earthlings too, so I'm not worried.

Two men suddenly instantaneously appear behind King Kai. "Sorry we're late!" says one with large black hair. "I got hungry so we had to eat first!" he explains. "This must be the new student!" says the other one, who is blonde and robed. "Ah, to be young and alive again. My name is Olibu, you'll be fighting me today, I was once in your position as well." he says. "Good to meet you." says Ryan, "I suppose I'm ready when you are."

Ryan puts up his fists, ready to fight. Olibu stretches his legs out, and then beckons Ryan to attack. Ryan runs at Olibu and jump kicks at his head. Olibu grabs with leg with a titan's grip, and spins him around before releasing him. While in the air, Olibu creates a large ball of blue energy. Ryan quickly spreads his wings and flies out of it's path, but the ball continues to chase him.

Thinking quickly, Ryan turns around and launches and Angelic Wrath into the energy ball, negating the attack. In the clearing of the blasts Olibu appears flying towards Ryan. He punches at Ryan's head who leans backward just in time to dodge, and then does a spinning back kick into Olibu's stomach, slightly putting him off gaurd. Ryan and Olibu then land back on the earth. "Not bad," says Olibu, "Time for round 2!"

Olibu runs at Ryan with his hand in a fist. Ryan quickly pulls the sword out of the sheath on his back and brings it down towards Olibu's head, who quickly claps his fists together to stop the blade. Ryan then lets go of the blade and begins charging energy into his hands. "Angelic Wrath!" he shouts, as he launches a powerful blast directly into Olibu's mid section. Olibu stands up, clearly having been hurt by the last attack.

As Olibu comes back to his feet, he swings at Ryan, who ducks the slow bulky attack and throws a barrage of quick punches at Olibu's damaged mid section. "Street boxing requires you to be quick." Ryan says. "Thanks for the tip!" Olibu says, before ramming his knee directly into Ryan's stomach, and then punching him in the face, following through and taking him into the ground.

Thinking that Ryan is done for, Olibu looks at the small crater below him. Suddenly, Ryan launches himself with the power of his wings, with his leg out directly towards Olibu. He lands the kick dead center into his stomach, knocking Olibu on his back. "I admit defeat," says Olibu. "I am far from being in my prime, I really need to hit the weights."

King Kai, Gregory, Bubbles, and the other fighter all clap after the fight. The next fighter steps forward. "My name's Goku, and I'll be your next challenger!" he says. "I used to be the earth's savior back in my day." he tells Ryan. "I'm supposed to be the Earth's savior now," Ryan responds, "So we're probably about equal." Goku chuckles "Okay then, lets go!"

Ryan takes a fighting stance, and Goku just stands still in front of him. "Go ahead!" says Goku. Ryan steps into a punch at him, but Goku moves his head to the side swiftly, dodging the punch. He then jerks his head back, knocking Ryan's arm out of the way and causing him to stumble over. Ryan gets back up, motivated to win.

Goku stands still as Ryan begins to throw a flurry of punches and kicks at him. Goku easily dodges each attack without attacking back. A frustrated Ryan draws both swords, and slashes them at each side of Goku's head, who ducks down, then flicks both swords several yards away. Ryan then draws his gun and fires directly into Goku's chest at point blank, but each bullet ricochet's off.

"You're inhuman!" says Ryan. "That's right!" says Goku, "I'm a saiyan!" Goku begins powering up until his hair turns yellow and sticks straight up. "Here it is!" says Goku, "Your lesson for today, no matter how strong you are, someone out there is always stronger!" Goku throws a punch directly at Ryan's face.

A few days later Ryan wakes up. "Did I win?" he asks King Kai standing next to his bed. Ryan is informed that he lost. "Every time i think I've seen just how strong one person can become, someone has to come and change the game. Though I have a feeling I will never see anyone with that kind of power again."
