I don't know if you guys have noticed but you have three pretty in active mods and this place gets pretty busy sometimes and the mods aren't always around when they need to be.

i.e like the topic with the Vortexian could have been solved a lot earlier if a mod could have stepped in earlier luckily SS came in.

I've been a mod on many, many forums for years before I know how it works and I just wanna tell some of the mods to really watch topics more, yes I understand some of you have lives but you do have inactive mods such as: Joe, Mitchio, and Fluke they are hardly ever here. I know most of the other mods are here everyday doing a good job.

Anyway my 'suggestion' would be to contact them see if they can get on more if not you should de-mod them.

I solved... well addressed it first!, I never lock topics if I can help it though, I don't think it solves the problem in the long run.

New mods would be very good though, i was thinking the same sometime ago.

Well i've never been a mod but i would be willing to be one and i think i have a good sense of judgement.Also I'm on this forum alot.

i think that we should have some mods that are on a lot and ones that will be commited to vortex and not leave the mods and admins will chek this up guraki dont post ur self up as a candidant cuz if it probalbly wont happen if u vote urself

Some moderators have retired or been removed, it was done on good terms and the door will always be open should circumstances change though.

Following this we are in the process of inducting new moderators, the first of which is Fortex, the other moderators will follow shortly.

There is probably no point in nominating yourself or other people as we already know who the next moderators are going to be.

Yes you are correct, we are in need of some fresh moderators, We've had the new moderators lined up for sometime but felt we had enough already, now that some are retiring its the right time to induct the new ones, I appreciate the offers and concerns though

Usualy i'm happy with all the mods such as frost becoming one.I thought that was a good choice.

You need to be proper moderator material to take such a hard job. You can't just roam around and say, "Hey! I'm a mod! You're banned! HAHAHA!" NO. That's not what a mod does. He watches over the community if the admin is busy or not here. A mod is basically Robin and the admins are Batman.



Yeah, that's pretty much how a mod works.
